He develops and drives SourceLabs strategy and ensures that the company has the right talent and process capabilities to grow rapidly and provide support to its customers. He has been in the software industry for many years and has held various product development and marketing positions for companies such as Microsoft, BEA, Crossgaina nd Amazon.
