Mr. Hamilton is the Director of Business Development for the Clean Energy Business Incubator Program (CEBIP) at Stony Brook University.�� His education includes a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Clarkson University and a MBA in Marketing from Hofstra University. He brings a focus in clean energy technologies with experience in business development, commercialization of engineering technologies, marketing and sales, as well as an ability to communicate well with early stage entrepreneurs in the clean energy arena.Mr. Hamilton started his professional career with the Long Island Lighting Company managing independent power producers.� From there, he has been involved in the design, development and implementation of Sirius Satellite Radio's terrestrial transmitters, developing sales and marketing plans for aerospace and IT companies, managing the sales and operation of hydrogen fuel cells for Plug Power, and most recently developing the commercial sales and marketing for EmPower Solar, a leading Long Island turnkey solar provider.�

Beth is a Vice President/Senior Credit Officer in Moody�s Health Care ratings group.� Her responsibilities include assigning and monitoring healthcare ratings within the states of Florida, Maryland, New York, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Illinois, Indiana, Virginia, Wisconsin, and West Virginia.� A sampling of obligors in Beth�s portfolio include Geisinger Health System Foundation, University of Wisconsin Hospitals & Clinics, H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center, NYU Hospitals Center, Johns Hopkins Health System, Inova Health System, MedStar Health, Sentara Health System, University of Maryland Medical System, and University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.� She is the co-chair of Moody�s Public Finance Liquidity Task Force and specializes in liquidity issues and analyzing the credit of institutions that use their own liquidity to support their variable rate debt.� Beth joined Moody�s in 1997.�Prior to joining Moody�s Beth spent five years as an underwriter and surveillance officer with Financial Security Assurance.� Beth earned her M.B.A. with a concentration in health care administration from Mount Sinai School of Medicine/Baruch College and her B.A. in sociology from the State University of New York at Albany.

Andrew Coen is a Northeast Regional Reporter for The Bond Buyer. His major coverage has included New Jersey’s pension funding challenges, Atlantic City’s credit crisis and ambitious capital projects being undertaken by the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. He also hosts Bond Buyer podcasts and videos.Previously, Coen was an associate digital editor in SourceMedia’s Investment Advisory Group comprised of Financial Planning, On Wall Street, Bank Investment Consultant and Money Management Executive. Kit Addleman is a partner at Haynes and Boone, LLP where she leads the firm’s SEC and Financial Enforcement Defense Practice.� Kit defends companies and their executives against charges of civil and criminal misconduct, particularly investigations and litigation by the Securities and Exchange Commission and Department of Justice. �Her experiences include defending allegations of accounting and financial fraud, insider trading, hedge fund and advisor fraud, and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act violations.� She also counsels investment advisors, investment funds, broker-dealers, municipal issuers and public companies concerning compliance with the securities laws and SEC rules.Prior to joining Haynes and Boone, Kit was the regional director of the Atlanta Office of the SEC.� In that role, Kit led the enforcement, examination and bankruptcy programs in five Southeastern states and she has more than 20 years of experience with the SEC in the Atlanta, Fort Worth, Denver and Philadelphia.� Kit also serves her firm as chair for the Women's Initiatives and serves her community as chairwoman for the Board of Directors of the Girl Scouts of Northeast Texas.��

James Doak is a Managing Director of Miller Buckfire & Co., a Stifel Company. Mr. Doak's experience includes M&A, financing and restructuring transactions on behalf of the City of Detroit, the Mashantucket (Western) Pequot Tribal Nation / Foxwoods, Magna Entertainment Corp., Standard Pacific Corp., and Level 3 Communications, as well as advising several non-disclosed sovereigns and municipalities.He has authored articles on corporate distress and turnaround leadership and in 2011 was one of The M&A Advisor�s 40 Under 40 leading M&A, financing and turnaround professionals. Mr. Doak has an M.B.A., JD and AB from Harvard University.

Penelope Brobst Blackwell is the Deputy Regional Chief Counsel for FINRA Enforcement in its South Region. Ms. Blackwell manages litigation and supervises enforcement attorneys in the Dallas office of FINRA. �She also provides legal advice to Member Regulation staff in the Region and consults with FINRA senior management in Washington and New York regarding national issues.Prior to joining FINRA in April 2014, Ms. Blackwell was a partner in the Dallas office of Greenberg Traurig LLP where she regularly represented broker-dealers and their employees in litigation and investigations or disciplinary proceedings by FINRA and other regulatory agencies. �Ms. Blackwell graduated from Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center, Order of the Coif, and clerked for the Honorable Henry A. Politz at the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.

Omar Daghestani, Managing Director, leads Stifel�s upper Midwest and Northeast practices, and has senior managed transactions totaling $22.1 billion for issuers including the States of Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Minnesota and Wisconsin. Three of these transactions received The Bond Buyer�s Midwest Deal of the Year award. Mr. Daghestani has covered state, city, county, and authority level issuers over the course of his career and is well versed in all aspects of state bond acts, constitutional requirements, pension liabilities, and budget processes.Mr. Daghestani is a regular speaker at industry conferences, on pension, OPEB, GASB and other matters, serves as a guest lecturer on public finance at Harvard�s Kennedy School of Government, and is a Board Member of the Civic Federation of Chicago. Mr. Daghestani earned a B.A. with Honors in Economics and was elected Phi Beta Kappa from Northwestern University, and an M.P.P. from Harvard�s Kennedy School of Government.�

Michael Irlbeck is the Business Development Director for Abengoa Water USA. He is responsible for building Abengoa Water�s American P3 business. �Abengoa is recognized as a proven innovator in the private development of water-related infrastructure and specializes in public-private partnerships and turnkey design/build/finance/operate models.He has been instrumental in developing the P3 model for water solutions in Texas. He is a prominent figure in the Texas water market and is frequently invited to speak at events focused on water supply and planning, desalination and P3 development.Mr. Irlbeck served over 16 years with the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation, directing environmental restoration, construction grant assistance and water resources planning activities. Following, he directed the business development activities for NRS Consulting Engineers for four years.Mr. Irlbeck earned a BS degree in Wildlife Fisheries Sciences from Texas A&M University - College Station. Currently he serves as a Director on the WateReuse Association Board.
