    Mr. Rountree became Vice President for Finance and Chief Financial Officer for the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority (Airports Authority) in December 2010. The Airports Authority is responsible for the management and operation of Ronald Reagan National Airport, Dulles International Airport, the Dulles Toll Road, and construction of the Metrorail Silver Line extension. Mr. Rountree joined the Airports Authority’s Office of Finance in 2005 and has served as the Acting Vice President for Finance and Chief Financial Officer and the Deputy Chief Financial Officer for the Authority.Mr. Rountree oversees the Departments of Accounting and Financial Reporting, Budget (including airline rates and charges), Treasury and Investment Services, Procurement and Contracts, and Debt Management. Prior to joining the Airports Authority, Mr. Rountree was appointed Director of Finance for the City of Richmond, Virginia in 2000. While with the City of Richmond, he also served as Deputy Director of Finance and as the Chief of the License, Assessment, and Tax Audit.Mr. Rountree has held positions as Audit Director with the Commonwealth of Virginia’s Auditor of Public Accounts, and with the Commonwealth’s former Department of Information Technology. Mr. Rountree graduated from of Virginia Commonwealth University with a B.S. Economics and concentration in Accounting. He is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in Virginia.

    Matt Townsend is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for the Houston Airport System (HAS).� As CFO, Townsend works closely with the various HAS divisions to ensure the overall financial health of the Houston Airports.� He helps the leadership team establish budgetary priorities and maintain fiscal discipline.Townsend joined HAS after serving more than eight years as an Associate Director for LeighFisher, a global management consulting firm.� In that role, Townsend carried out financial, economic and operational analyses for a number of airport clients.� Townsend is a graduate of Texas Christian University and the University of Maryland.�

    Karen Hedlund works with federal, state and local transportation agencies as well as private companies to facilitate public-private financing and development of rail transportation infrastructure, including station development projects. She is currently providing federal financing advice to Amtrak on the $20 billion Gateway Project, including a new Hudson River rail tunnel, and expansion of Pennsylvania Station. She is currently advising the Texas Central high speed rail project that will connect Dallas and Houston, and the High Desert Corridor project that will provide a 60 mile connector between the Xpress West rail project from Las Vegas to the California high speed rail project at Palmdale..Prior to joining WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff, Ms. Hedlund served as� Deputy Administrator and Chief Counsel of the Federal Railroad Administration (FRA), providing leadership for the administration’s $12 billion high-speed rail grant program, including a the $3 billion investment in the California High Speed Rail project.As Deputy Administrator she also oversaw the agency’s RRIF loan program, which was amended in the recently adopted FAST Act to permit financing of transportation oriented development projects.Prior to her appointment to USDOT, headed the East Coast infrastructure practice of the Nossaman law firm, advising state and local governments on alternative financing and procurement of transportation projects.Her law degree is from Georgetown University, and her bachelors was earned at Harvard.�

    David Gloss joined BMO Capital Markets in 2011 and has ten years of infrastructure and public-private partnership advisory experience.� Since joining BMO, he has gained extensive infrastructure and project finance experience for buy-side and sell-side clients including his current role advising the Maryland Department of Transportation and Maryland Transit Administration on the delivery of the Purple Line Light Rail P3 Project.� Additional notable experience includes the Midtown Tunnel P3 Project, Seminole State College Altamonte Springs Campus P3 project, Maui Memorial Medical Center P3 project, Trinidad Rapid Rail Project, as well as supporting and executing lending and underwriting activities for infrastructure clients such as the City of Chicago and Orlando-Orange County Expressway Authority.

    Russell Goings �is a Senior Vice President� for HSE located in� Los Angeles . Mr. Goings has over 30� years of municipal financing experience� serving municipal bond issuers across the United States , including the States of California, Colorado and Ohio as well as� numerous cities, counties and political subdivisions. Prior to joining� HSE, Mr. Goings worked for Lazard Freres, First Albany Capital (now Jefferies) and First South West Securities amongst others.Mr. Goings has� served as� underwriter and or financial advisor for more than $50 billion of municipal securities for various issuers is a variety of sectors� including� general purpose, redevelopment, industrial development, education,� affordable housing , light rail, airports and seaports.Mr. Goings has extensive experience working with transportation issuers�� having served as lead financial advisor to the Los Angeles Metropolitan Transportation Authority , the� Port of Los Angeles� for 6 years and�� the� San Diego Unified Port District for 16 years� as well as the� Los Angeles Department of Airports and the San Diego International Airport . Additionally he has� severed� as� co senior manager for BART and for the� San Francisco Bay Area Transit Financing Authority.Mr. Goings attended the University of Las Vegas Nevada where he majored in hotel and restaurant� management� and has completed course work with the New York Institute of Finance� and the USC School of Public Administration.�� Subsequent to serving as Financial advisor to the Port of Los Angeles Mr. Goings was asked to� and did serve� on Mayor Rirdon’s World Port Los Angeles task force . He is also the former chairman of the Rebuild LA Public Finance sub-committee.� He presently serves on the Board of trustees for the Sothern California Institute of Architecture� He holds Series, 24, series 53, Series 7 and series 63 licenses.�

    Rick Holzinger manages investor relations for BAM. Rick has been a participant in the fixed income markets for over 25 years. He joins from FTI Consulting Inc., where he established a Structured Finance advisory business, providing advice and services related to valuation, structuring and disposition of a wide variety of structured products. Before that, from 2004 to 2008, he was Managing Director of the Corporate Finance Group at FSA. He joined FSA in 1996 as Head of the Asia-Pacific business. Prior to joining FSA, Rick was a Managing Director, in the Securitization and Project Finance group at Bankers Trust Company in Hong Kong and New York. Earlier positions included developing project and lease financings at PaineWebber, Inc. and an Associate position at Dewey, Balantine, Bushby Palmer and Wood. He holds a B.A. in Government and Economics from Harvard University and a J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law at Austin.

    Mark Duebner currently serves as Director of Aviation for the City of Dallas.� He is responsible for management on oversight of Dallas Love Field, Dallas Executive Airport and the City’s vertiport.� Previously he was Executive General Manager for the Dallas Police Department, serving as the top civilian commander. He has also served as Director of Business Development and Procurement Services, as well as positions in Public Works and Transportation, Streets, and the City Manager’s Office.� Mark has also served on the City Manager’s “Efficiency Team” identifying several million dollars in savings for Dallas through process evaluation and redesign.Mr. Duebner holds a Bachelors Degree in Philosophy from the University of Texas, and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the University of North Texas.� He also served in the financial services industry before making the switch to public sector management.

    Jenn Cronin is a vice president responsible for new business generation at National Public Finance Guarantee Corporation.� She works directly with issuers, financial advisors, underwriters and bankers in originating and closing transitions in Texas, Oklahoma and Indiana.Prior to joining National, Ms. Cronin was a vice president in MBIA Insurance Corporation’s Investor Relations division, where she was responsible for both equity and fixed income investor inquiries.� Ms. Cronin joined MBIA in 2001 providing risk management support for the treasury desk of MBIA’s asset management arm. �Ms. Cronin holds an MBA with a focus in investment management and a BA in Finance from Pace University. �����������

    Ms. Kym S. Arnone has been Head of Municipal Investment Banking Business at Jefferies LLC since November 2015. Ms. Arnone served as the Managing Director and Head of Municipal Securitization Initiatives at Barclays Capital PLC. Ms. Arnone served as a Senior Banker at Bear Stearns. She served as the Chairman of the Board at Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board since October 2014 until October 1, 2015 and has been its a Director since October 2012. She serves as a Director of the Municipal Forum of New York. She is a Trustee for the Citizens Budget Commission. She worked for Lehman Brothers before moving to Barclays when the bank acquired Lehman Brothers. She worked with the state of New Jersey to restructure two CAB tobacco bonds in 2014. She is recognized as leading almost $40 billion in tobacco bond deals, financings that are secured by annual payments tobacco companies have pledged to states as compensation for the negative health effects of smoking. She won the Northeast Women in Public Finance's Freda Johnson Award, which is given to women who are serving or who have served in a position for a public or non-profit issuer who show qualities of being a trail blazer, leader, innovator, and mentor in the industry. Ms. Arnone graduated magna cum laude from St. John's University with a Bachelor's degree in Finance.

    Bech Bruun has served as a Board member of the Texas Water Development Board since September 1, 2013. Governor Greg Abbott designated him chairman in June 2015.Prior to his appointment to the Board, Bruun served on the senior staff of Governor Rick Perry’s administration. Bruun has also worked as the government and customer relations manager for the Brazos River Authority. During the 81st Legislative Session, Bruun served as chief of staff to State Representative Todd Hunter (District 32) and as general counsel to the House Committee on Judiciary and Civil Jurisprudence.Bruun currently is a gubernatorial appointee to the Western States Water Council and the Texas Environmental Flows Advisory Group. He also serves as an ex-officio member of the Texas Farm and Ranch Lands Conservation Council.He received a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Texas at Austin and a law degree from the University of Texas School of Law. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas.A native of Corpus Christi, Bruun resides in Austin with his wife, Glenna, and their children, Cilla Kay and Radford.
