    Mr. O’Neil is a Product Manager on IBM’s MDM team and an evangelist on the merits of an MDM approach for the governance and stewardship of enterprise reference data. He is currently leading the development of IBM’s Reference Data Management Hub – an MDM domain and stewardship application specifically designed for management of enterprise reference data.� He has helped to define the IBM strategy around applying an MDM approach to managing reference data and is responsible for bringing the current RDM application from its inception to market.

    Norbert van Halderen began his career at Ricoh in 1988 as manager of training for Ricoh Europe. Today Norbert is the Director of Learning & Development for Ricoh EMEA as well as the Global Lead for Ricoh’s Global Managed Document Services Training team. Norbert began his career with the Dutch Government in 1976 with the Department of Justice, and had an eight-year career at Xerox before joining Ricoh. Norbert has a degree in Organization and Economics from the Dutch Governmental Education Institute, as well as a Degree in Education. He is also CompTIA certified, CDIA+ and a Prosci Certified Change Manager.

    Barry Murphy is a co-founder of eDJ Group Inc. and a thought leader in information governance, e-discovery, records management, and content archiving. Previously, Barry was Director of Product Marketing at Mimosa Systems, a leading content archiving and eDiscovery software. He joined Mimosa after a highly successful stint as Principal Analyst for eDiscovery, records management, and content archiving at Forrester Research.

She has more than 13 years R&D and project management experience in industrial, consulting, and academic settings. Her areas of expertise include text and social analytics, machine learning/data mining, and adaptive recommendation systems. Cindi has a Ph.D. and master's in Computer Sciences from the University of Texas – Austin, and a B.S. in Computer Science from North Carolina State University.
