Jeff Coward serves as the Vice President of Mortgage Lending for Virginia Credit Union, where he is responsible for the first mortgage origination process. Jeff has also served in executive roles at Saxon Mortgage, Inc. Jeff has over 15 years of diverse mortgage industry experience that spans origination, underwriting, and secondary marketing. He has directed the implementations of pricing, underwriting, and secondary marketing systems. He earned a BS degree in Finance from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia.

Noel Watts brings over 15 years of leadership experience with a unique balance of sales and operations skills. His operations expertise includes cost reduction under increased regulatory pressures as well as off-shore BPO to India. From 2004 to 2007, Watts served in a sales management role for First Horizon Home Loans and increased sales volume by over 200%.Joining M&I Bank in 2007 Watts was responsible for mortgage strategic initiatives from 2009 to 2011 including mortgage fulfillment automation which provided significant cost reduction and improved efficiency.Currently, Watts manages a Midwest sales territory for Premier Home Mortgage Specialty Products Group.

Brian Rudzik is a Manager in PricewaterhouseCoopers Consumer Finance Group. Rudzik joined the firm in 2006 and has experience working on financial statement audits of large financial services clients, mortgage servicing-related compliance engagements and mortgage-related advisory projects, developing a wide and deep understanding of mortgage operations. Recently, Rudzik has assisted large integrated financial services firms in responding to Consent Orders arising out of interagency horizontal review of major residential mortgage servicers. This assistance has included development of MERS Plans to remediate certain operating deficiencies identified during the review. Rudzik's other mortgage-related experience includes working on due-diligence, servicer performance review, and servicer process optimization engagements. He is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and holds Certified Public Accounting licensure in Ohio and Illinois.

Steve Putman has over 25 years of experience supporting client/server and internet-based operations from small offices to major corporations in both functional and technical roles.� He is a thought leader in the fields of Data Governance, Master Data Management, Big Data and Semantic Technologies.

As Vice President of MDM Product Management at SAP Labs, Mr. Lodha brings over 21 years of experience in information systems and business process design.  For the last eight years, he has specialized in information management, leading manifold projects in software design, development, deployment, and solution architecture.  His recent areas of interest include high volume and high velocity MDM, with a focus on next generation   data quality and data integration.  Mr. Lodha brings in real customer-facing experience from numerous large data management implementations at SAP’s largest global customers.  He received his technical degrees from BMS College of Engineering in Bangalore.

Joel Jacob is a managing director in the FTI Technology practice based in the Chicago office; he is responsible for developing and delivering SaaS-based solutions for information management, e-discovery applications and leveraging cloud computing technologies to deliver cost-effective solutions. Prior to joining FTI, Joel has designed and implemented information management, global IT outsourcing, managed services, data center and application management solutions for corporations, law firms and government agencies with companies such as IBM Global Services, Intermedia Communications/DIGEX, and other system integrators.

At TTX, Carole Wittemann is keenly applying her 20+ years of business intelligence skills to the transportation industry.� As Manager Data Governance for the TTX Company, Wittemann's responsibilities include active participation in key business intelligence initiatives along with establishing and managing the enterprise Data Governance program.� Prior to TTX, she provided Business Intelligence consulting to Guggenheim, JP Morgan Chase, and MasterCard.� Wittemann received her bachelor’s degree from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana.

Lloyd Mangnall has been architecting and implementing complex technology solutions across multiple industries for more than 20 years and is currently VP of Enterprise Architecture and Quality for VHA Inc. Currently, Mr. Mangnall directs the overall enterprise information technology strategy for VHA and Novation. Prior to his current position, he served in senior IT positions including Corporate Director of Applications at  Vanguard Health Systems, CTO at Aegis Software Inc. as well as senior roles in ERPO consulting at Computer Sciences Corporation and Ernst & Young. Mr. Mangnall has been a leading advocate for the use of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Model-Driven approaches to software architecture and implementation for the past 13 years.  His recent activities involve Big Data projects with Hadoop combined with semantic technologies. Mr. Mangnall attended Harvard Business School and is a CHIME certified healthcare CIO.
