George FitzGerald serves as senior vice president of product management for Black Knight Financial Services' Servicing & Default Technologies division. FitzGerald has been with Black Knight for 20 years and has 27 years of experience in the mortgage banking industry. Prior to his current position, he served as senior vice president of sales support, vice president of professional services and senior business analyst for mortgage product development. Prior to Black Knight, FitzGerald spent seven years in mortgage servicing in a variety of roles covering virtually every aspect of the mortgage servicing life cycle. He has served as vice president of operations for First Nationwide Bank and Bay View Bank. FitzGerald earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of San Francisco and is an active member of the Mortgage Bankers Association.

Prior to joining CitiMortgage, Mr. Worrall worked for Fannie Mae as Vice President of Operations for its National Servicing Organization. In this position Mr. Worrall led Fannie Mae�s loss mitigation, foreclosure, bankruptcy, servicing oversight, technology, compliance and servicing policy functions.He also played key roles in the development of various government programs including HAMP, 2MP and HAFA.
