    Ed Fay is the founder and chief executive officer of Chicago, Ill.-based Fay Servicing, a special servicer that manages distressed and at-risk residential mortgages for banking institutions and alternative real estate investors. In his position, Fay is responsible for leading the strategic direction of the firm and the executive management of all operations. Fay has more than 13 years of experience in the financial industry, specializing in non-prime originations, servicing and borrower credit management. Fay founded Fay Servicing in 2007 based on his belief that after the housing crisis the special servicing industry would require a differentiated and more borrower-centric approach. Fay Servicing utilizes its deep non-prime credit and mortgage expertise to build uncommonly strong relationships with borrowers which it leverages to avoid foreclosures and maximize loan performance. Fay Servicing's ability to create innovative solutions for both clients and borrowers has driven its success and meaningful growth. Prior to founding the company, Fay launched Countrywide's Midwest national call center for its Full Spectrum division as a regional vice president. There he hired and managed a team of sales, operations and managerial employees across four different specializations. Prior to Countrywide, Fay was an senior vice president at Household International (acquired by HSBC) where one of his key initiatives after coming out of the management training program was consolidating a national branch residential lending and servicing network into a centralized directly lending and servicing office. Fay earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and history from Duke University and a Masters of Business Administration with a certificate in international business from Clarkson University.     Mr. Keaton is Senior Vice President of Servicing Operations. Michael is responsible for all Servicing Operations and Client Service Delivery Teams at Resurgent. He joined the company in 2002 as VP of Default Administration & Recovery, after ten years with Wendover Financial Services Corporation. At Wendover, Mr. Keaton had the opportunity to perform and/or manage every job function within the Default Administration Division, and also served as the primary point of contact for many of Wendover's high profile clients. He finished his tenure there in the role of Director of Default Administration at a time when Wendover was second largest among subprime mortgage servicers. Mr. Keaton holds a BA from the University of Wisconsin and a Master's Degree from North Dakota State University.

    Wes Iseley is a customer service-focused management executive with proven success leading organizations to profitability throughout all economic cycles. His experience ranges from directing large firms with Wall Street experience to developing growing companies into industry leaders. Wes is currently the Senior Managing Director of Carrington Investment Services. He is responsible for all external transactions and manages key business relationships and strategic alliances for the Carrington family of companies. Prior to Carrington, Wes was President of Saxon Mortgage, a Morgan Stanley Company. In this role, Wes served as a Morgan Stanley employee, responsible for performing due diligence and facilitating the successful purchase of Saxon by Morgan Stanley. Wes worked with the trading desk at Morgan Stanley and reported directly to the Global Head of Residential Real Estate.Prior to joining Saxon Mortgage, Wes served as Executive Vice President, Residential Real Estate with Fremont General where he had responsibility over originations, servicing and operational support. Profit before taxes increased from $52M in 2000 to over $650 M in 2005. He established a unique sales model that enabled the firm’s 700 salespeople to dramatically increase productivity – reducing costs while doubling the size of the Servicing book of business. With CitiFinancial and Associates, he had P&L responsibility over large full service decentralized and centralized organizations, nationwide. In this role, Mr. Iseley built a reputation as an excellent communicator, able to lead large organizations to common goals and profitable results. Wes graduated from the University of Kentucky with a B.A. in Finance.

    Kathleen Niswander puts her strong software implementation and process improvement background to work at Cornerstone, where she is responsible for Enterprise Content Management projects including implementation of recommended processes/workflows, System Selection, Process Improvement and Benchmarking. Before joining Cornerstone, Kathleen was the Director of Imaging and Workflow for a mortgage insurance company. In less than five years she created, implemented and supported an OnBase imaging and workflow solution that supported over 15 business departments and integrated with more than four additional systems. Prior to that, she was on the Learning and Development team where she created and delivered training to the business on new processes and systems. As an extension of this role, Kathleen participated in process improvements, technical requirements and system support; serving as a liaison, Kathleen bridged the communication gap between operations and I.T.Kathleen is an OnBase Certified Advanced System Administrator (OCASA) and an OnBase Certified Workflow Administrator (OCWA). She holds certifications from AIIM as an Enterprise Content Management Specialist, an Electronic Records Management Practitioner and a Certified Information Professional. Kathleen is a contributing author for GonzoBanker, Cornerstone’s blog. Kathleen received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Mathematics and Statistics from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and her Master’s Degree in Individualized Liberal and Professional Studies from Antioch University McGregor in Yellow Springs, Ohio.

    Anne Sutherland is General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of Benchmark Mortgage in Plano, TX since January 2013. Prior to Benchmark, Anne was Of Counsel to Hudson Cook, LLP and was General Counsel at Nationstar Mortgage LLC for 15 years.Anne is a Fellow of the American College of Consumer Financial Services Lawyers and of the American College of Mortgage Attorneys. She is admitted to practice in Oklahoma, Texas and Pennsylvania. She is a frequent speaker on mortgage origination and servicing topics.

    Susan Graham is president and chief operating officer of Financial Industry Computer Systems Inc., a mortgage technology specialist that provides cost-effective, in-house mortgage loan origination, residential mortgage servicing and commercial mortgage servicing technology to mortgage lenders, mid-sized banks and credit unions. As president and COO, she is responsible for the overall management of the company’s day-to-day operations, strategic planning, customer relations and product development challenges.

    Matthew assists clients with meeting the regulatory expectations of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, including managing unfair, deceptive and abusive acts and practices risk, and building out effective enterprise compliance risk management programs. He also advises clients on a broader range of consumer protection laws including Fair Lending, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Truth in Lending Act (including CARD Act issues), Servicemembers' Civil Relief Act, and the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act. Matthew brings 25 years of substantive financial regulatory experience from senior industry and regulatory levels. Most recently he served as a field manager with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and was the team lead for two of the nation’s largest banks. As a large bank team lead, Matthew was responsible for developing and implementing a risk-based compliance supervision program specific to each institution. Prior to joining the CFPB, Matthew spent 17 years as a national bank examiner with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, where he specialized in compliance. Additionally, he served as a Vice President and Compliance Officer at AmSouth Bank for five years and served as a Senior Loan Review Officer for Compass Bank for two years.
