Sam started his career at one of the leading municipal bond consulting firms in the country. Beginning in a dual role as both IT support and data entry position, within 5 years he was in an upper management role overseeing both information technology and financial consulting. Sam has developed and built new lines of business within existing channels as well as managing statements of work leading to the purchase and installation of a new document and other IT management systems. He has brought his experience in both the IT and finance industries to Norcom. His roles at Norcom include IT support, network administration, developing, planning and implementation of infrastructure and keeping up with the ever-changing face of security. Jonathan has more than 23 years of experience in senior management roles and has served the mortgage industry for 12 years. He joined LenderLive in 2008 when it purchased Guardian Mortgage Documents. During his career, Jonathan has excelled in driving a customer-first attitude through organizations. Prior to taking the GuardianDocs president role, he led sales, implementation, and architectural design for GuardianDocs' most complex solutions for some of the industry's largest lenders, including JPMorgan Chase, Wells Fargo, Countrywide (now Bank of America), CitiBank and CitiMortgage, Principal Bank, HSBC, and First Magnus. Jonathan led the GuardianDocs team in providing the very first HomeAffordableTrial Plans to troubled borrowers. He also helped implement the document management tools that enabled loan servicers to absorb and accurately respond to more documentation received for a loan modification than was ever generated in the origination of those same loans. Jonathan served on the National Home Equity Mortgage Association information technology committee from 2003 to 2006. He is an active member of MISMO and the MBA RESTECH committees.

Statebridge is a servicer of residential mortgages founded in 2008 with approximately $1.4 billion under management.In addition, Mr. Kanouff is a founder and Managing Member of Geneva House Management, a manager of a series of hedge funds that invest in distressed debt. Prior to founding Statebridge and Geneva, Mr. Kanouff served as President of Clayton Fixed Income Services (f/k/a The Murrayhill Company) beginning in 2003.Prior to his tenure at Clayton, Mr. Kanouff was a corporate and securities attorney for Dorsey & Whitney in its Denver and London offices. John is the CEO and a founder of NextJob, a national company driving innovation in the reemployment and outplacement industries. Among its industry firsts, NextJob launched the nation�s first lender-sponsored homeowner reemployment service with Fifth Third Bank in 2012, helping homeowners at risk of foreclosure land jobs and keep their homes. NextJob works with three other lenders in this new approach, including M&T Bank. Working with employers, NextJob partnered with Equifax Corporation to launch the unemployment claims management industry�s first reemployment service in 2009. It also piloted Utah�s state online workshops as a work search requirement for unemployment insurance in 2011, driving strong improvements in integrity and reduced unemployment spells. John also serves as the President of the American Institute for Full Employment, a nonprofit think that develops best practice reemployment programs and consults with state government workforce agencies. There, he has developed model reemployment policy and program designs with the American Institute since 1998 for a number of state agencies across the US, including helping advance the $40 million Texas Back to Work initiative that won US Department of Labor�s 2010 Innovation Award. He has written on topics such as reemployment best practices, hiring statistics, job board innovation, unemployment insurance tax structure efficiency, wage subsidy programs, implementation of the Workforce Investment Act and the American Institute�s nationally-published state unemployment report cards.
