Carline Mildor is AVP Attorney Oversight in the Vendor Procurement and Governance department at Nationstar Mortgage (“NSM”).  Ms. Mildor was previously Associate General Counsel in the Legal department of NSM.  Prior to joining NSM she served as a senior attorney in several foreclosure law firms in Florida.  She is a graduate of Florida State University College of Law and received a B.A. from Tulane University.

Richard Koss is the Director of Economics with the Economic and Strategic Research Group. In this leadership role, Koss provides strategic insight to the economic, housing, and mortgage market forecasts and analyses and serves as a company thought leader internally and with external constituent groups. Koss is an important source of information and commentary on the external business and economic environment, and is a key spokesperson on the economy, housing, and mortgage markets.Prior to joining Fannie Mae, Koss spent over 20 years in senior positions on Wall Street, most recently as Senior Vice President and Director of Global Investments at Brown Brothers Harriman. In this role he had primary responsibility for investment strategy across a wide variety of institutional and wealth management clients. He served as the primary spokesperson on economic and capital market developments at BBH, the largest and oldest private bank in the U.S.Prior to joining BBH in 1998, Koss worked as Senior Advisor to the General Motors financial staffs in NY, providing economic and market analysis to the firm’s top management. Prior positions include Staff Economist at the Council of Economic Advisers under Chairman Alan Greenspan.He is Chairman of the Conference of Business Economists, a member of the International Conference of Commercial Banking Economists, and the Economic Club of NY. He is also a fellow of Chatham House, the leading European Foreign Policy think-tank. Koss is a frequent speaker on global economic outlooks and market conditions.Koss received his Ph. D. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and his B.S. Mathematics and Statistics from Case Western Reserve University.

Dave Payne, director of product marketing, Primatics Financial, has over 14 years of financial services experience and is regarded for his ability to understand the mechanics, and analytics, to then convert the information into a way people can understand and articulate that achieve business value for clients. Prior to Primatics Financial, Dave was an associate bond trader at Deutsche Bank specializing in agency mortgage-backed securities. Prior to Deutsche Bank, Dave was a marketing transaction manager at Freddie Mac where he organized the pricing and issuance of REMIC transactions. His capital markets experience supports his ability to understand how financial institutions manage and evolve their portfolios.

Arvin Wijay

Kevin Shaner joined Promontory Interfinancial Network in 2013 and currently holds the position of Managing Director, Bank Assetpoint. Kevin has nearly 20 years of experience in financial services, and has originated and underwritten a wide variety of commercial loan types, including government contracting, commercial and industrial, SBA, commercial real estate, construction and project finance. Prior to joining Promontory, he served as the Senior Vice President for Virginia Commerce Bank, where he led the regional commercial banking team in the Alexandria, Arlington, and Fairfax markets. Kevin has worked at national, regional, and community banks, including Citibank, Bank of America, and BB&T. He holds his Series 7 license and is a Registered Investment Advisor. Kevin earned his degree in Communications from the University of California, San Diego.

Bill Bymel is locally and nationally recognized as a leader in the distressed real estate and mortgage space. �His real estate career began as a broker representative to banks selling foreclosed properties in 2002 and matured into his partnership in a thirty five year old boutique commercial real estate brokerage based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida with a focus on site selection, development, and repositioning of nationally known restaurants and retailers as well as identifying strong long term cash flow opportunities for passive investors.�In 2008, Mr. Bymel founded RSI Asset Management LLC geared toward investment, mitigation, and disposition of distressed residential mortgages primarily as a third party service to note investors and their servicers.� In Mr. Bymel�s role as Vice President of Spurs Capital, he currently manages a portfolio of approximately $60 million in mortgage loans and real property and has been involved in the acquisition and liquidation of over $250 Million in real estate since 2011.��

Pete McLaughlin has worked for SystemExperts for over ten years. This is his second tour with the boutique firm after spending some time in Accenture's North America information security practice. Pete has helped organizations of all sizes identify solutions to their specific information security and compliance challenges and scope engagements that meet their unique needs. After a professional hockey career, he started his technology path in the S/390 world at Amdahl Corporation. He has been in the information security business since 1999.Pete has a BA in History from Harvard University.

Peter Slagowitz is the CEO of Spurs Capital, LLC, an investment manager of residential mortgage assets primarily in their flagship fund, Goshen Mortgage. �Spurs also is a liquidity provider for mortgage bankers through its agency conduit as well as an owner and managing member of Interactive Mortgage Advisors, a leading mortgage servicing rights advisory firm. ��Prior to Spurs, he was a managing director at UBS in the mortgage department based out of New York and London and also worked at Credit Suisse / DLJ.
