    Christos Bettios is the chief information officer of First American Mortgage Services, a division of the First American Financial Corp. and a member of Mortgage Technology’s Advisory Board.Previously, Bettios was a senior product manager at Fannie Mae, overseeing the GSE’s paperless mortgage initiatives. At First American, he brings more than 25 year of experience in product strategy, development and technology distribution to expanding the Mortgage Services portfolio of products and services that are designed to help loan originators, servicers and investors as they retool their operations to fit the changing mortgage lending environment. In his current role, he focuses on internal and customer technology solutions for loan origination and servicing.Bettios is also an active member of the MISMO community, supporting the development and adoption of industry standards.

    Joe is responsible for the strategic direction of the servicing software products from Fiserv. This includes the loan servicing system, LoanServ. Prior to this role, he assisted Fiserv clients by providing managerial consulting for loan servicing opportunities. With over 25 years of experience, Joe has a comprehensive background in the industry both in servicing and in technology. He is a member of several national lending advocacy groups, and has written and spoken extensively on servicing topics. Joe has been with Fiserv since 1991. Loren has more than 25 years of experience in the�financial services, mortgage banking, servicing, and secondary market�industries. Prior to joining Fay Servicing, Loren served as the General Counsel�and Chief Compliance Officer at an Irvine, CA based provider of customized�services for mortgage lenders, banks and other financial institutions. Prior to�that, Loren was a SVP and servicing outreach executive at Bank of America,�where he led an initiative that improved the organization�s MHA Servicer�Assessment rating. Prior to that, while serving as the Treasury liaison for the�Morgan Stanley subsidiary Saxon Mortgage, Loren worked on the Treasury�s MHA�Program since its inception. Loren also served as VP at Goldman Sachs. Prior to�that, Loren served in numerous executive positions at HSBC during his 18 year�career, including General Counsel of Commercial Financial Services, Managing�Director and SVP of Mortgage Services. Loren earned a Bachelor of Science�degree in business administration from the University of Illinois at�Urbana-Champaign and a Juris Doctor from the John Marshall Law School.�
