Toby Gamm is a data science and analytics consultant at Capgemini. He leads the delivery of solutions that provide insight, risk reduction, efficiency uplifts or new capability, from the initial capture of requirements through to the delivery of a service to be consumed by end users.

Gregory Thomas possesses 25 years of cross-industry IT and deep domain business expertise. During that time, he has worked with nearly half of today’s Fortune 500 companies.� Gregory’s education includes MBA in Information Systems and BBA in Production & Operations Management. �For the past 15 years, Gregory’s focus has been on all areas of data management.� He is an early adopter of Reference Data Management (RDM); and specializes in enabling business users to quickly and easily manage relationships and hierarchies.� Currently, Gregory works for Teradata in the Data Management COE.�

Suresh Menon is the Vice President of Product Management for Informatica MDM. In this role, he is responsible for product management for the complete portfolio of Informatica’s MDM products. He joined Informatica following the acquisition of Identity Systems, where he ran product management and strategy. He is a highly experienced professional with over 20 years of experience spanning product management and business development, as well as vast domain expertise across various industries.

Dan Blacharski is a thought leader, technology advisor and industry observer. He has been widely published on subjects relating to customer-facing technology, cloud computing, and crowdsourcing. He lives in South Bend, Indiana, with his wife Charoenkwan, a noted Thai author and journalist, and their dog "Ling Ba."

Laura Koetzle leads the research organization that serves infrastructure and operations professionals; security and risk professionals; and sourcing and vendor management professionals. Her team's research agenda encompasses designing, building, operating, securing, and sourcing the systems, technologies, and processes that firms need to win, serve, and retain customers.Previous Work ExperiencePreviously at Forrester, Laura was the Global Council leader for Forrester's CIO Group and launched Forrester's Information & Knowledge Management Council. She has also served as research director for both the I&O and S&R research teams. As a Security & Risk analyst, Laura researched operating system security, security architecture, network security, and security incident response, and she served as the chairperson for Forrester's inaugural Security Forum event.Prior to joining Forrester, Laura was a senior technologist at Razorfish, a New York consultancy, where she led teams of software developers responsible for eCommerce fulfillment systems, wireless content delivery applications, and real-time trading system interfaces for Fortune 500 clients. Before working at Razorfish, Laura built XML content management systems at PC World Communications in San Francisco. While living in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Laura worked as a translator.Laura's work has enjoyed wide exposure in the media, including BusinessWeek, The Economist, The New York Times, and The Wall Street Journal. Laura has also appeared on CBC, CNN, CNBC, and Reuters Television, and she is a frequent speaker at national and international executive conferences.EducationLaura holds a B.A. in literature and a certificate in Latin American studies from Harvard University. Nasry Angel is a researcher at Forrester Research serving enterprise architecture professionals, covering the areas of big data and emerging technologies. His research focuses on the business and cultural implications of big data within organizations. He helps clients understand how their companies can be more data driven and how to leverage emerging technologies to make better business decisions.Previous Work ExperienceAs a research associate in Forrester's Application Development & Delivery team, Nasry researched the areas of self-service business intelligence, advanced data visualization, agile business intelligence, business intelligence platforms, modern application development, and value streams. He led many Forrester Wave™ evaluations in these areas and is a methodology expert. Before joining Forrester, he worked in the Middle East providing marketing and strategy services to humanitarian aid organizations helping refugees in transition.EducationNasry holds a B.S in marketing from Bentley University. In addition, he has completed graduate courses in computer science at Harvard Extension School.Nasry has lived in Latin America, Europe, and the Middle East. He has native fluency in Spanish and has conversational proficiency in Italian and Arabic.
