Troy Mahr is Manager of the Business Intelligence Center of Excellence Architecture team at Rockwell Automation.� In this position, he drives the overall architectural framework for Rockwell’s corporate analytical and master data management systems, including SAP and big data landscapes.� Troy is also part of the Enterprise Architecture team, responsible for Rockwell’s Information Architecture domain.Troy has a strong background in Information Technology and Finance.� He has led numerous ERP, BI/Analytics and MDM systems implementations, as well as custom development projects at large, global enterprises such as W. W. Grainger, Delphi and West Group (now part of Thomson Reuters).�Troy started his career as a CPA and has his MBA from the University of Minnesota.� He is also a Project Management Professional and TOGAF Level 2 Certified Architect.

John is currently a Director, Global Customer Information at Rockwell Automation and serves on the Master Data Owner’s Council and Chief Information Security Office to develop Rockwell’s data and information strategies.� John also leads a new team of “citizen data scientists” across the company to identify innovative ways to use data for increased knowledge and collaboration through predictive analytics.�The Global Customer Information team at Rockwell Automation was awarded the SAP infinity and Iggie awards in 2015 for excellence in data governance.� This same team is implementing a customer data hub in 2016 using Profisee to integrate customer data between ERP, CRM and our Marketing Automation Platform.

Thomas is a technical leader who is passionate about software engineering and managing teams and individuals. With more than 20 years of experience in commercial software, Thomas is intimately familiar with all aspects of product development, employing and adapting agile development methodologies, and development life-cycles. He is fluent with programming in many languages including: Java, C#, Perl, HTML, XML, SQL, and XSL/T.
