    Tim Swan is the Director of Data Quality Management in the Data Management Office of MUFG Union Bank, where he is actively engaged in driving the firm�s enterprise data management strategy and leading a variety of initiatives focused on enhancing the value of data as an enterprise asset.� These efforts include work in data governance, quality management, master and reference data management, metadata management, data operations, and business process improvement.� Prior to joining Union Bank, Mr. Swan spent over 20 years managing technology strategy and delivery for top financial services firms including Blackrock and Barclays Global Investors.

    Jennifer is Director of Product Management at Novetta. In this role, she is responsible for defining and implementing product strategy for Novetta Entity Analytics, establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, partners, and analysts, seeking new market opportunities, and providing�oversight�of overall strategy, technical and marketing aspects of the product.�Jennifer joined Novetta after serving as a Senior Product Manager at IBM for InfoSphere MDM.     Victor Milligan is the chief marketing officer (CMO) of Forrester Research.As chief marketing officer (CMO), Victor leads a global marketing organization responsible for promoting and protecting the Forrester brand and converting customer insight into compelling and memorable client experiences.Victor is an experienced senior marketing executive, having served as CMO at two previous companies, Nexage and Lavastorm Analytics. Victor established Nexage as the leader in the highly dynamic mobile advertising market that was driven by two megaforces: the mobile revolution and programmatic technologies. He converted that leadership into three years of triple-digit growth. At Lavastorm, Victor positioned the company and its technology to enter the operational analytics space, helping enterprises understand and capitalize on an agile analytic approach to discover risks or hidden value in critical customer processes.Prior to that, Victor was a group vice president and senior managing partner for Gartner Consulting and ran the Global Industries group. Before Gartner, Victor spent nine years with Booz Allen Hamilton. Victor began his career in the US Air Force Space Command�where�he worked on classified satellite programs and the teams that launched the Global Positioning System, the foundation for so many location-based services today.

    Scott Zoldi is a vice president of analytic science at FICO. He is responsible for the analytic development of FICO�s transaction analytics products and solutions, including FICO� Falcon� Fraud Manager, which protects about two thirds of the world�s payment card transactions from fraud. He received his Ph.D. in theoretical and computational physics from Duke University.

    Anthony Smith is the CEO of Insightly, a San Francisco-based SaaS CRM application. He built the first version of Insightly in six months from his home in Perth, Australia, after identifying a market need for a CRM solution focused on small business. He has previous experience designing and building CRM software for enterprise use. Prior to Insightly, Anthony worked as a consultant for IBM and as a software engineer for global mining consultancy Snowden.

    Michael Gazala serves Customer Experience Professionals. He is based in Cambridge. Before rejoining Forrester in 2014, Michael was president of WGSN, the world's leading trend forecaster for the fashion, style, and design industries. Previously, he was North America CEO for Lightspeed Research, a provider of global online panels and consumer research. Before that, Michael was with Forrester for almost 10 years, where he held a number of roles within research, ultimately culminating in running the data business, which incorporated all of Forrester's large-scale quantitative research designed to understand how consumers consider, purchase, and use technology products and services. Earlier in his career, Michael worked at State Street Boston, Northwest Airlines, and Morgan Stanley.
