    Having worked for many of the software and solution providers key to the formulation of MDM, Kelle O'Neal has played important roles in many of the groundbreaking initiatives that confirm the value of MDM to the enterprise. Recognizing an unmet need for clear guidance on the intricacies of implementing data solutions, Ms. O�Neal founded First San Francisco Partners.     Corey Prusko is the Data Quality Analyst for the College of American Pathologists in Northfield, Illinois. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in History in 1994 from the University of Illinois at Chicago, and began working at CAP shortly thereafter. Mr. Prusko has 10 years of data mining and data analysis experience, and served as the Lead Subject Matter Expert on a company-wide 3-year effort to consolidate multiple customer data source systems and also redesign the master customer model used by the CAP.

    Teresa Jacobs is the IT Director of business support systems (BSS) development for Qwest. Her responsibilities include the billing and corporate systems for finance, procurement, human resources, legal, corporate security and other business units. The BSS development organization leverages synergies in billing, accounting, data warehousing, and related functions to improve performance. Ms. Jacobs reports to the CIO. Ms. Jacobs' team consists of 1,000 people, spanning seven cities and two countries, including 400 people in India. Ms. Jacobs started her IT career in banking and wholesale in small and mid-sized companies. She has spent the bulk of her professional career in telecommunications. She has led IT organizations in business solutions, software development, network management, and help desks, and has an excellent record at on-time, on-budget delivery. Ms. Jacobs earned a degree in mathematics with an emphasis in computer science from the University of Colorado. In addition, Ms. Jacobs is on the Information Technologies Studies advisory board at the University of Denver Women’s College, a volunteer for Junior Achievement, and is an active mentor for the intern program at Qwest. Ms. Jacobs is married with three children and spends most of her time outside of work attending her children’s sports events, playing golf and tennis when time allows, and enjoying the fine arts.
