    Ford Goodman is an accomplished executive and entrepreneur with achievements in executive management, strategic business development and capital formation, marketing, professional services and product development initiatives across enterprise and on-demand software businesses. Mr. Goodman co-founded Cloud9 Analytics (formerly Certive Corporation) in 1999, a SaaS Sales Analytics company with the industry's first truly on-demand analytics platform. He was CEO and co-founder of Relevance Technologies, an Internet technology semantic search startup, which was acquired by Documentum in 1998. From 1992-1995, Mr. Goodman served as CEO of CE Software, a publicly traded software company best known for QuickMail, the leading email solution for the Macintosh. Before joining CE Software, he worked with Informix Software from 1988-1992, where as Vice President of America's Sales he managed hundreds of employees and was responsible for more than $150 million in revenue. He began his career with Arthur Andersen Consulting/Accenture. Mr. Goodman holds a BSE in Civil Engineering from Princeton University with an emphasis in Architecture.     Frank Barresi is an Assistant Vice President of Information Delivery Services at MassMutual. In this role, Mr. Barresi delivers the technology solutions to support MassMutual’s enterprise data management and information reporting needs. In partnership with MassMutual’s business and architecture leads, Mr. Barresi has service ownership for technology solutions addressing the key pillars of Information Management: Data Governance, Data Quality, Metadata, Data Integration and Business Intelligence. Mr. Barresi also serves as MassMutual’s technical representative and business chairperson to ACORD to ensure compliance with and influence on the direction of data standards within the Life, Annuity & Health Subcommittee.Prior to joining MassMutual, Mr. Barresi worked for CIGNA where he managed a number of large healthcare IT programs as well as serving as the CIO for the Behavioral Health and Pharmacy/Tel-Drug business units. With more than 20 years of IT experience, Mr. Barresi previously held IT leadership positions with Arthur Andersen/Andersen Consulting and The Hartford where he developed his expertise in systems integration, application development, project management, infrastructure management and strategic systems planning.
