Linda G. Sharp is associate general counsel at ZL Technologies. An experienced attorney and ediscovery consultant, she is a frequent presenter on the topics of records management, compliance and ediscovery. Ms. Sharp has her MBA and is licensed to practice law in the state of California.

Rick Chambers is Senior Director of Customer Intelligence and Analytics at Zale Corporation in Irving, Texas. He has been an analyst in, or manager of an analytics team since 1989. He is a member of the Robert K. Greenleaf Center for Servant Leadership.

Prem Malhotra is the Director of Enterprise Architecture at Cisco Systems, focusing on Business Intelligence and Data Services. Mr. Malhotra is responsible for application architecture and team management for delivering software products in the enterprise space. His key achievements in the areas include: MDM for Customer/ Product/ Hierarchies, constraint-based configuration, product pricing, CRM, and collaboration. Mr. Malhotra has more than 19 years of experience in architecting, designing and implementing large scale enterprise systems and is now also focusing on social collaboration domains in addition to engineering and product management for high availability SaaS products. He received his Ph.D in Computer Engineering degree from the University of Waterloo and his Masters in Technology in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology at Kanpur.

Venkata Bodapati works as a Manager (DMBI) at Captech Ventures Inc. and provides data management consulting services. He has over 25 years of diverse experience in project/program management, data quality, architecture and ETL delvelopment. Inderpal Bhandari is Vice President of Knowledge Solutions and Chief Data Officer, responsible for appreciating the business value of Express Scripts’ strategic data assets and for maximizing the utility of the company’s data and its readiness to respond to emerging competitive pressures and market trends. In this role, Bhandari creates products that transform data into insight and knowledge.In addition, Bhandari is responsible for several enterprise-wide, data-related shared services. These include ad-hoc analytics and data mining to inform business strategies; reporting; procurement and governance of analytical resources; data governance; data quality and stewardship; clinical intelligence; drug, patient, and physician data.Prior to the Express Scripts acquisition of Medco Health Solutions, Inc. in April 2012, Bhandari also led legacy Medco’s Agile Enterprise strategy team, serving as the business owner of the data strategy.Before joining Medco in December 2006, Bhandari served as the CEO of Virtual Gold, Inc, a data mining software and business consulting company he founded in 1997. From 1990 to 1997, Bhandari was a member of the research staff at the IBM Watson Research Center, where he won several prestigious awards for his pioneering work in data mining algorithms and their successful application to IBM's businesses. Bhandari’s business and technical contributions have been featured in both technical journals and mainstream media, and he has been invited to make keynote presentations at several prestigious conferences.Bhandari studied electrical and computer engineering at Carnegie Mellon University, where he earned his PhD in 1990, and the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, where he earned a master’s of science degree in 1985. He also studied electrical and electronics engineering at BITS Pilani in India, where he earned a B.Tech degree in 1983.

Jesse Crane is an IT Manager in the Enterprise Architecture group at Stryker Corporation, focused on the design and implementation of Stryker’s worldwide MDM applications. He has spent over 13 years in IT in a wide array of roles ranging from project manager, business analyst, consultant, to application manager. Prior to Stryker, he spent 5 years at Stanford University as the Applications Manager for the Oracle ERP group. Jesse has a degree in Finance from George Mason University and an MBA from Butler University.
