    Jay is a proven digital marketing executive and client-facing sales officer who loves producing engaging content optimized for search and social. Prior to building enterprise app stores with SaaS Markets, he worked in a leadership role at the nation’s largest content marketing agency. Jay has also worked at Mercer (a global HR consulting company), large and boutique marketing agencies, and at law firms as a former legal professional. He received his Juris Doctor degree from New England Law and his B.S. degree from Northeastern University.     Brian Gardner leads the Mobility Center of Excellence, a group responsible for the development and delivery of all Kaiser Permanente mobile offerings: consumer, clinician and workforce. Through the Mobility Center of Excellence, nearly 9 million Kaiser Permanente members can access their personal health records via mobile devices. This session will explore the challenges, and opportunities, in building a Mobility Center of Excellence.

    Bill McNee is the founder and CEO of Saugatuck Technology. He has been instrumental in leading the firm�s growth while remaining an active voice in its research and consulting delivery. Over the years, he has helped spearhead the firm's research into evolving business and technology models as a result of the shift to Cloud IT and Cloud Business strategies. More recently, he has been actively involved in launching the firm�s CIO-targeted Cloud migration / leadership practice.

    Daniel Jacobson is a Systems Engineer at BUMI, a Manhattan-based online data backup and recovery company. At BUMI, Daniel is responsible for maintaining the data centers and directly supporting customers. He has more than six years of experience consulting and managing networks for small and medium-sized businesses.     Raksha Kadam is a Lead Consultant with Consulting and Systems Integration (C&SI) unit in Infosys. She has several years of experience in business process management and enterprise integration design, defining IT landscape and deploy business and technology competency centers for some of the utilities, banking, and manufacturing enterprises.     Glenn Watt is the Vice President, Information Security and Privacy at Medidata Solutions. Prior to joining Medidata, he was the CEO at BackboneSecurity.com and an officer in the United States Air Force. During his tenure at these firms, Glenn provided technical, senior management, compliance consulting, auditing, and training services to the global computer security industry, the United States Department of Defense and the United States Government. Watt has over 30 years of experience delivering industry leading cyber security solutions.

    Laura Duvall is currently a program manager in the Federal arena.Laura Duvall has served as the Program Director responsible for implementing enterprise Data Governance and Data Management within US-VISIT, a program within the Department of Homeland Security. In addition to her position as head of enterprise Data Governance and Data Management, she served as the Data Architect and has served on the DHS HQ National Information Exchange Model (NIEM) Blue Team that is tasked with review of all new Information Exchange Package Documents (IEPD) for DHS. She has served as the chair for the program's enterprise data management office as well as for its data stewardship working group, both of which she helped to establish. She has, among other accomplishments, overseen the adoption of an enterprise Data Governance strategic plan as well as the creation of the program's first enterprise conceptual data model. She is a chair for the MIT Chief Data Officer and Information Quality Symposium. This is a world wide symposium dedicated to advancing the practices of information quality across organizations, focusing on the role of the Chief Data Officer as the main influencer of improvement in all aspects of information management. Additionally, Ms. Duvall has over 14 years experience in the Information Technology sector, supporting the Federal Government in a variety of technical consulting capacities.
