    Brad Williams is presently working as the Data Management Lead for Cargill as part of the Data and Business Intelligence team within Cargill's Global IT organization. Data Management encompasses Master Data Standards, Master Data Processes, Data Quality, Data Governance, Enterprise Content Management and SharePoint.� Prior to his current role, Mr. Williams was a member of the Cargill Corporate Controller�s team as a Senior Financial Advisor serving as Cargill's Finance Liaison with The Mosaic Company (Cargill's former publicly traded subsidiary in the Fertilizer industry).� Prior to this, he had been the Business Unit Controller for Cargill Chocolate and Cocoa, located in Lititz, Pennsylvania.� Previous to that he� was a Director and the Controller for Toshoku Limited in Tokyo, Japan supervising all accounting and risk management activities worldwide for Toshoku including China, Indonesia, Singapore, Australia, Brazil, the United States, England and Italy (Toshoku became a 100% owned subsidiary of Cargill in 2000).� Mr. Williams joined Cargill in 1983 and spent five years working in various positions in Cargill�s Internal Audit function covering audit activities in the U.S., Canada and Asia-Pacific.� He lived in Singapore for approximately 7 years prior to his 1995 relocation to Japan as Country Controller and Assistant Vice President for Cargill Japan.� Mr. Williams graduated from St. Cloud State University in St. Cloud, Minnesota with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.� He is also a Certified Public Accountant (Inactive) and a Certified Internal Auditor (Inactive).� He serves on the Advisory Board to the Herberger College of Business. �

    Mark Uksusman is a Sr. Manager, Data Architecture at eBay, Inc., overseeing eBay Data Architecture and Metadata Management.Mark Uksusman has more than 20 years' of experience in Data Management, Business Intelligence, Data Governance, MDM, Architecture, Big Data, NoSQL, OLTP and Data Warehousing.Before joining eBay, Inc., Mark was a VP of Technology for Loan Performance and First American Corporation.Mark led Information Management for Franklin Templeton Investments and served as a principal consultant at PWC. He has also led Data Management and development teams at e-Forex, IDC, and IBS.

    Ramakrishnan is a senior information management architect with the Financial and Insurance Services vertical at Infosys. He has around 13 year of technical consulting experience with financial institutions, assisting with architecture, strategy, roadmap and implementation of large-scale data management initiatives. Ramakrishnan past areas of focus have been metadata management, data governance and integration to big data stores.

    Steve is a Toronto area resident whose MDM journey began in 2000 as a founding architect of Delos, which developed the core MDM product that became Siperian, and finally Informatica MDM. Before that he was a data guy who designed and implemented solutions for large enterprises in a variety of industries including financial services, pharmaceuticals and telecommunications.

    Jeff Slatter is currently Associate Vice President at TD Bank Group based out of Toronto, Canada.  TD is a top ten North American financial institution where Jeff oversees the Financial Application and Master/Meta Data group.  Jeff has over ten years of experience with major financial application role outs and support functions.  Prior to TD, Jeff worked 8 years at Franklin Templeton overseeing the strategic initiatives group.
