    John Hagel is Co-chairman of the Deloitte LLP Center for the Edge. John has nearly 30 years experience as a management consultant, author, speaker and entrepreneur, and has helped companies improve their performance by effectively applying information technology to reshape business strategies. John currently serves as co-chairman of the Silicon Valley-based Deloitte Center for the Edge, which conducts original research and develops substantive points of view for new corporate growth.Before joining Deloitte, John was an independent consultant and writer. Prior to that, he held significant positions at leading consulting firms and companies. From 1984 to 2000, he was a principal at McKinsey & Co., where he was a leader of the Strategy Practice. In addition, he founded and led McKinsey’s Electronic Commerce Practice from 1993 to 2000. John has also served as senior vice president of strategic planning at Atari, Inc., and earlier in his career, worked at Boston Consulting Group. He is the founder of two Silicon Valley startups. John is the author of a series of best-selling business books, and has won two awards from Harvard Business Review for best articles in that publication.

    Simon Boardman is vice president of marketing at Eagle Creek Software Services, a U.S.-based IT consulting and technical services company specializing in Oracle CRM, information management and eCommerce. The company offers cost-effective, higher quality software development and support services using its Dakota Model, which involves using the organization’s three project centers within the U.S. and a private-public strategic alliance with the state governments of North Dakota and South Dakota to achieve consistency and sustainability in the recruitment, training and development of the company’s 300+ Dakota-based consultants.

    L.N. Balaji is President, ITC Infotech (USA) Inc., and heads the company’s operations in North America. Balaji has been with ITC since 1985 and has carried out diverse responsibilities across different businesses of the company. His assignments included managing indirect taxation, coordinating and consolidating integrated plans for ITC, managing investor relations and serving in the office of the Chairman, ITC Ltd.

A member of the executive leadership team, Iyer drove the IT vision, strategy and operating plan and led the transformation program for all global functions, including IT, finance, human resources, real estate, and procurement. Iyer’s previous roles at Honeywell included CIO, Transportation Systems and General Manager, Asia Pacific, where Iyer lived and worked in China for 1.5 years.Iyer has also served as CIO at GlaxoSmithKline Beecham for consumer healthcare research and development and was the corporation’s ecommerce leader. Prior to that he held senior positions at Johnson & Johnson, CTS Corporation, and ran a consumer products retail business in India.In 2011, Iyer was named one of Computerworld’s Premier 100 which recognizes exceptional technology leadership and the creation of innovative ideas to address business challenges. As an expert in IT-related topics, Iyer is a regular industry speaker.
