Michael Papadakis - Vice President and Treasurer at The Ohio State University is responsible for the overall leadership of Ohio State's Financial Services Office, including Treasury Management, Risk Management, Debt Management, the Office of the University Bursar. Tony Kinn was appointed director of the Commonwealth of Virginia�s Office of Transportation Public-Private Partnerships on July 5, 2011. He is responsible for developing and implementing a statewide program for transportation project delivery via the Virginia Public-Private Transportation Act of 1995.Kinn most recently served as assistant vice president and director of corporate relations for the University of Virginia�s University Engineering Foundation. He has spent most of his career in the corporate world in new business development. Kinn was principal owner in the James A. Weaver Company, which was the third largest food brokerage firm in the U.S. His company also designed Market Metrics, a store-specific marketing software program, which became the foundation for what today is Spectra Systems.He also was executive vice president of the Federated Group, a multi-billion dollar organization based in Chicago. At the Federated Group, Kinn was responsible for the management of new business development for all divisions west of the Mississippi River. Kinn has also served as director of the Commonwealth's Department of Economic Development�s International Division, where his main responsibility was to draw firms to the Commonwealth from the Pacific Rim and Europe.
As manager of PNC�s Mid-Atlantic Public Finance Group, Mr. Humber has overall responsibility for PNC�s banking relationships with state and local governments, not-for-profit organizations, and institutions of higher education throughout Virginia, Washington, D.C., and Maryland.Mr. Humber has more than three decades of experience in public service and tax-exempt finance/investment banking. In the course of his career, he has led Merrill Lynch�s public finance group and served as Director of Finance and Revenue of the District of Columbia government.Mr. Humber is a graduate of Virginia Union University. He earned an MBA degree at Harvard University School of Business and a J.D. degree from the University of Virginia School of Law. He serves on the boards of Gallaudet University, the University of Virginia Law School Foundation, and the Bert King Foundation at Harvard Business School.
Roberta Edge joined Columbia University�s Office of the Treasurer in 2005. She is responsible for taxable and tax-exempt borrowing activities including sizing, issuance, portfolio management and compliance. Ms Edge has spent most of her career in the public sector starting in 1979 as a Presidential Management Fellow with the US Government Accounting Office. She has subsequently held management positions on all three levels of government - with US Environmental Protection Agency, New York City Department of Housing Preservation & Development and New York State Housing Finance Agency. Prior to joining Columbia University, she was a senior investment officer at the AFL-CIO Housing Investment Trust in Washington, DC and an independent consultant. Ms. Edge holds a Bachelors degree in Political Science from Temple University in Philadelphia and a Masters in Public Administration from Columbia University.
