    Ben Fleming is the senior vice president of power delivery for Santee Cooper, South Carolina�s state-owned electric and water utility. In this capacity, he oversees planning and power supply, design engineering, transmission operations, and transmission technical. Fleming has been with Santee Cooper since 1992 and has served in a variety of transmission and generation capacities including manager transmission operations, superintendent of system substation maintenance, supervisor of mechanical maintenance at Cross Generating Station, and engineer in operations and maintenance at Jefferies and Winyah generating stations. Fleming is a registered professional engineer and a graduate of Leadership Berkeley. He is also an elder at First Presbyterian Church of Moncks Corner and a past president of the Moncks Corner Lions Club, where he currently serves as a board member. Fleming is a 1992 graduate of the University of South Carolina with a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and a 2002 graduate of The Citadel with a master�s in business administration.

    Sarah Engle is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc., and a municipal credit analyst in the Fixed Income Division. Prior to joining the firm in 2012, she was a program examiner and policy analyst at the Office of Management & Budget in Washington, D.C. Sarah also worked as an analyst in the Public Finance Group at Moody's Investors Service.She earned a B.A. in political science and communications from the University of California, San Diego, and an M.P.P. and M.U.P. from the University of Michigan.

    Geoff is a Managing Director and the Lead Analytical Manager for the U.S. Public Finance (USPF) Infrastructure Group.� The USPF Infrastructure Group rates obligations secured by revenues generated from water & sewer, solid waste, transportation, public power, electric cooperatives and municipal pools.� Based in Boston, Geoff heads a team located in six offices.From 2005 through September 2010, Geoff served as the Boston office head for Standard & Poor�s Rating Services.�� As office head, Geoff was responsible for strategic planning and the day-to-day operations of the regional office serving New England.�� He also oversaw regional investor relations� activities and managed corporate and government client relations.� Geoff joined S&P in 2000 as a state and local government analyst, focusing on east coast state, county, city and town credits.� Additionally, he was a public finance national sector leader for both state revolving fund/pool issues and pension issues (including other post-employment benefits).��Prior to joining Standard & Poor�s, Geoff served as the CFO, treasurer & collector for the City of Gloucester, Mass.� In addition, he spent three years as the Administrative Officer for the City of North Adams, Mass.�Geoff served on the board of governors of the National Federation of Municipal Analysts (NFMA) from 2009 through 2013, and was the co-chair for the 2012 and 2013 NFMA Annual Conferences.� Currently, Geoff serves as the chair of his town�s Finance Committee.Geoff holds both a B.A. in Political Science and an M.P.A from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.�

    Mr. Moore has over 20 years of investment banking and energy trading experience, specializing in energy derivatives and options trading. He spent his first five years in foreign exchange and fixed income marketing before joining Southern Company�s deregulated power trading subsidiary (SCEM). He left SCEM to start deregulated power trading desks for Columbia Energy and TXU.He holds a BS in Economics from Davidson College and an MBA from New York University�s Stern School of Business.

    JASON KISSANE is a managing director at Assured Guaranty (“Assured”) and head of the Western Region based in San Francisco. Jason is responsible for new business generation and general marketing activities for all public finance sectors in the Western Region of the U.S. Jason has over 20 years of experience in public finance and was previously a managing director at National Public Finance Guarantee. Jason started his career at MBIA Insurance Corp. in 1993 and moved to San Francisco in 1997 to open the Western Region office for MBIA. Jason is a past Chairperson of the California Society of Municipal Analysts, where he regularly organized educational and social events for its members. He is also a Board member of the National Federation of Municipal Analysts, as well as the current Co-Chair of the Disclosure Committee. Jason regularly attends and speaks at industry conferences and is active in several sector specific municipal associations. He holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Manhattanville College in Purchase, NY.

    Raul Amezcua

    Raul Amezcua joined the Stifel-California Public Finance team with Stifel’s recent acquisition of De La Rosa & Co. in April of this year. Previously, Raul spent 11 years helping to manage and grow a small regional firm into a major competitor in the California Public Finance business and, prior to that, spent 12 years in California working for bulge-bracket, New York-based investment banks. During 23 years in California public finance, he has completed well over 100 senior-managed debt financings with an aggregate par value exceeding $20 billion.Raul has served on the board of the PUENTE Learning Center since 2001, and recently commenced his sixth-year as Chairman of the Board of Directors.Raul received an MBA from the Anderson School of Business at UCLA in 1991, and a Bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Southern California in 1987.�

    Evan Bergstrom is the product manager and head of technology for Triangle Park Capital Markets Data, a new company that�provides market based pricing, credit, and reference information to support client�s surveillance, monitoring and OTC price verification activities. With over 17 years of experience supporting the capital markets, Evan has developed software systems, quantitative methodologies and valuation models supporting both fixed income and OTC derivative products.�Prior to joining Triangle Park, Evan was the lead product manager for the Bloomberg BVAL municipal bond valuations product. Evan was a senior software architect for Goldman Sachs, where he oversaw the design and development of the credit risk reporting system as well as support for the margin and market risk systems. Evan Bergstrom holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Science in Computer Science from Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, NJ.
