    Andrew White, Distinguished Analyst and VP, has a primary research focus on data and analytics strategy, governance, stewardship, and master data management (MDM). His roles include Agenda Manager for Data and Analytics Programs and Leaders, as well as Key Initiative lead for information governance and MDM. He launched the first Master Data Management Summit in 2007, and was conference chair of that event through 2015 as it expanded focus to Enterprise Information and MDM.Mr. White received the Gartner Thought Leadership Award in 2006 for his efforts in pioneering Gartner's research in enterprise information management that led to MDM. Mr. White's previous coverage areas focused on business apps and best practices in supply chain management (SCM), enterprise resource planning (ERP) and multienterprise B2B collaboration environments.

    Craig Le Clair serves enterprise architecture and business process professionals. He is an internationally recognized expert in helping companies transform from manual and analogue-based processes to the mobile, digital, and cognitive world. Technology areas include enterprise collaboration, dynamic case management, electronic signature, customer communications management, robotic process automation, cognitive solutions, and their potential workforce disruption. Process domains includes customer onboarding, financial services, and insurance system modernization. Craig developed Forrester's research series on business agility, outlining market, organizational, and process agility dimensions.Previous Work ExperienceCraig brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to Forrester through his 20 years of experience in IT and business process transformation. Prior to joining Forrester, he was a vice president at ADP, focusing on next-generation strategies for investor communications. Craig was also a cofounder of docHarbor: an early document management SaaS provider. He has both a strong business and technology background, including time at Mitre and BBN. He is deeply experienced in the software industry, having authored How To Succeed In The Enterprise Software Market (2005).EducationCraig earned a B.S. in economics from Georgetown University and an MBA from George Washington University.

    Michele Pelino is a member of Forrester's Infrastructure & Operations research team. Her expertise focuses on Internet of Things (IoT) platforms, technologies, applications, and vendors, as well as enterprise mobility, mobile device application adoption, and bring-your-own-device (BYOD) initiatives.Michele's research spans IoT software platforms and technologies; machine-to-machine (M2M) devices; IoT applications in retail, healthcare, manufacturing, and transportation; and IoT impacts on customer experience, IT, and operations. Her enterprise mobility research focuses on BYOD strategy, location-based services, mobile devices and applications, 5G technologies, workforce segmentation, and mobile device life-cycle solutions.Michele delivers strategic guidance to Forrester's enterprise and vendor clients by identifying IoT technologies and applications, and the impact of IoT solutions on infrastructure, operations, and customer experience. Michele also guides clients by providing insight into enterprise mobility strategy development, mobile device and application momentum, and BYOD programs.
