Sandeep Manchanda has more than twenty years experience as a leader and advisor to the top leaders of Fortune 500 firms. As the Chief Information Management Officer for General Insurance at Zurich Insurance Company, he is responsible for Master Data Management, Business Intelligence, Data Standards, Governance and Security as part of a holistic Information Management strategy at Zurich. His prior experience includes 15 years at Marsh & McLennan Companies in operational and corporate CIO roles, and establishing a non-profit program called Canine Magic for kids with autism.Mr. Manchanda received his MBA with Distinction from the Stern School of Business, New York University and his Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology.

Thomas Darbois is the CIO of Bolloré Africa Logistics, a division of the Bolloré group. Operating under the SDV and SAGA brands, Bolloré Africa Logistics provides logistics, ports and freight forwarding services in 41 countries and through over 200 agents in Africa. Thomas specializes in geographically complex and multicultural environments and has successfully realigned the IS strategy in two organizations with operations in developing countries. His strategic focus combines forward-thinking projects and emerging technologies that can be adapted to a local organizational and various technical constraints.

Michael Cataldo is the CEO of Cambridge Semantics, a provider of semantic technology applications for the enterprise.

Sravan Kasarla is an industry recognized technology leader with more than 15 years of proven experience in Information Management, Business Intelligence and Enterprise Architecture. Currently, Mr. Kasarla leads the Enterprise Technology Organization of MassMutual Financial Group, in establishing an Information Strategy, Architecture Roadmap for the Information Management/BI domains. In collaboration with business and delivery organizations Mr. Kasarla is establishing MDM business capability and maturing the information practice at MassMutual through institutionalization of Data Quality, Data Governance and BI capability.Mr. Kasarla's previous experience includes practice development, consulting and technology leadership roles in Architecture Strategy, Master Data Management and Data Warehousing for leading financial firms, Insurance & Technology companies. Mr. Kasarla was Head of Architecture Services and Chief Architect at GE Electric Insurance Company and Technology leader at Liberty Mutual and PC Connection. Mr. Kasarla holds an MBA in Management from Kakatiya University and a Bachelors of Engineering from National Institute of Technology in Warangal, Andhra Pradesh, India.

Adam White brings 20+ years of experience in large banking and insurance system initiatives with a focus on MDM enterprise initiatives. Mr. White’s most recent project experience includes tenure with Baseline Consulting for MDM programs including several projects utilizing Initiate Systems: development of enterprise roadmaps to move large organizations into SOA architecture, implementations of CDI, MDM, metadata repository, and data governance processes. Project responsibilities included: business requirements, functional requirements, vendor product evaluations, business case, vendor contracts for software and services, and configuration requirements – including data mastering requirements. Prior to Baseline Consulting, as Senior Manager of Integration for the California State Automobile Association he managed key initiatives including: enterprise CDI, SOA architecture, Enterprise Middleware, and Metadata Repository. He also was a contributor to the corporate IT Re-Engineering and Data Governance transformation programs. Additionally, Mr. White was employed at Wells Fargo during its acquisition of Crocker National (the largest banking merger in history at that time), as well as projects with IBM and EDS. He received his MBA from St. Mary's College of California.

Neil Downing is an Enterprise Data Architect with 20+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, Master Data Management, ETL and Metadata technologies. Mr. Downing has served as director of Enterprise Information Management (EIM) for global technology consulting firm. He has hands on experience with a wide variety of integration, BI and EIM technologies. Neil has been responsible for delivery on a number of large Healthcare and Financial Services EIM initiatives including Enterprise Data Architecture, Integration Competency, Metadata, ODS, claims reconciliation, surgical and clinical BI/DW. Recent engagements include: an Enterprise /Data Discovery pilot for a large health care payer. Mr. Downing holds certifications as an Oracle DBA.

Joseph DosSantos is the Financial Services Master Data Management Practice Lead. He is an industry thought leader in Master Data Management and Enterprise Data Architecture with 16 years of consulting and project management experience. He has helped dozens of companies align data needs to IT goals, construct effective Master Data Management business cases, and create effective data governance policies and organizational structures. He is an experienced project manager with broad experience across applications, data quality tools, and MDM software.
