In this role, Brian works closely with clients and prospects to leverage Master Data Management solutions to support regulatory compliance, support client 360 initiatives, better manage risk and optimize operations.Prior to joining Oracle, Brian was a sales director with IBM’s Master Data Management team as and also ran Siperian’s Financials Services MDM practice (now Informatica).     Currently an Enterprise Architect for The Hanover Insurance Group, John Rossi is responsible for overseeing of Hanover‘s long term information management strategy. He has more than 36 years experience in Information Technology, all within the Life, Disability, and Property and Casualty Insurance areas. Mr. Rossi has spent the last 20 years designing and developing large scale operational and analytical data stores on multiple technology platforms, and has deep expertise in data modeling, data architecture, data integration, and the development of data management standards and best practices.He is currently in the midst of moving his organization towards a data-driven culture, through the implementation of a multi-year, multi-phased EIM Strategy that he has developed. He is also spearheading the development of a Canonical Message Model for SOA based on the ACORD P&C standard.Mr. Rossi is a member of the IAIDQ, and has served on several industry standards organizations.
