Sharon Yore is the Associate Director, Resolutions Strategy for the Divisions of Resolutions and Receiverships, Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. Sharon is responsible for overseeing the resolution process of failing institutions, including developing and implementing disposition strategies for large banks as well as regional and community banks and determining the least costly transaction. Sharon has also served the FDIC for a number of years, and she has been intimately involved with the closing and bidding process for failing institutions for which the FDIC has been appointed as receiver. Sharon began her government career at the FSLIC in 1988 and continued on with the Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC) through 1995. Sharon was responsible the marketing and selling failed thrifts. While at the RTC, Sharon was involved in developing and implementing many best practices that were later adopted by the FDICs newly established resolutions division. Ms. Yore graduated from West Virginia University and holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration degree with a major in accounting.

Sharon Lundstrom serves as the Director, National Servicing Center and oversees centralized servicing, loss mitigation, and operations program services for the FHA-insured mortgage portfolio. Ms. Lundstrom joined the Agency in 2000 and brings more than 25 years of financial servicing experience in both the private and public sectors. Before joining HUD, Ms. Lundstrom completed eleven years with the Federal Deposit Insurance Company (FDIC) and the Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC) as Director of the Financial Servicing Center where she managed the centralized financial services for the Western Division. Earlier in her career, Ms. Lundstrom managed default servicing and financial operations departments for Citicorp and United Bank of Denver. Ms. Lundstrom earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Business and Information Systems Management from the University of Phoenix where she graduated with honors in 2000.
