    Plavko is an associate with Frost Brown Todd LLC in their West Chester, Ohio office where she practices corporate law focusing in the areas of equity-based compensation, securities, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions. She has experience advising closely-held and publicly traded companies as well as investment advisors and investment companies.

    Oguh is the founder & CEO of PeopleJoy, a student loan repayment assistance program. He previously founded a mobile app publishing company that was acquired in 2015. Prior to that he worked as director of product at a venture backed financial technology startup and as a Wall Street analyst. Oguh has an electrical engineering degree from Rutgers University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
