    Debra has been with Partners HealthCare, the integrated healthcare delivery system founded by Brigham and Women's Hospital and Massachusetts General Hospital, since 1995. �As VP, Treasury, she is responsible for ensuring adequate capital and liquidity to achieve strategic, financial and operational targets, developing and implementing insurance risk financing strategies, and managing core Treasury functions, including cash management & commercial banking, and capital markets activities.Prior to joining Partners, Debra was responsible for strategic planning and investor relations at Lifetime Corporation, an NYSE-listed alternate site healthcare services provider. She also spent several years with London & Continental Bankers, a merchant bank, developing financing strategies for clients and with The First Boston Corporation as an analyst in public finance.Debra received her BS in computer science and economics from Union College and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.�

    Nick Tennyson was named as Secretary of the North Carolina Department of Transportation in August 2015.Prior to assuming this role, Tennyson served as the department’s Chief Deputy Secretary, responsible for providing oversight and integration across all operational and support functions of the North Carolina Department of Transportation. He also served for three months as interim commissioner of the Division of Motor Vehicles.Tennyson is the former mayor of Durham, a role he held from 1997-2001. During that time, he co-founded the Metropolitan Coalition of Mayors with Governor Pat McCrory, then mayor of Charlotte. While serving as mayor, Tennyson was vice-chair of the Metropolitan Planning Organization for his region, which provided him the opportunity to learn about the NCDOT and federal transportation planning process.Tennyson also served as an officer in the Navy before beginning a career as a home builder and developer. In the late 1980s, he transitioned to work with trade associations, such as the Greater Durham Chamber of Commerce. Prior to joining NCDOT, he was executive vice-president for the Home Builders Association of Durham, Orange and Chatham Counties.Tennyson has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Duke University and Master of Arts in Human Resources Management from Pepperdine University.

    Elizabeth Hanify is Vice President and head of the Municipal Banking Group for Fidelity Capital Markets, a unit of Fidelity Investments.� Fidelity Investments is a leading provider of investment management, retirement planning, portfolio guidance, brokerage, benefits outsourcing and other financial products and services to more than 20 million individuals, institutions and financial intermediaries.Liz joined Fidelity Capital Markets as a Vice President in January 2012 to further Fidelity�s role in negotiated underwritings in the Northeast. She was named Manager of the Municipal Banking Group in July of 2014. Since joining Fidelity she has worked on more than 100 transactions with a combined par in excess of $50 billion in par.Prior to Fidelity, Liz served as a municipal and non-profit Portfolio Manager at RBS Citizens and as a Vice President in Morgan Stanley�s Municipal Finance Department.Liz received her AB from Harvard College and an MBA from the Wharton School.     A finance specialist since 1980, Adela Cepeda, president of A.C. Advisory, Inc., has led the firm to a national leadership position in municipal financial advisory services with over $120 billion in completed transactions.� Since 2005, the Firm has been one of the top 10 municipal financial advisors in the nation.�Ms. Cepeda serves on the boards of the UBS Funds, Consulting Group Capital Markets Mutual Funds and the Mercer Mutual Funds. �She is also a director of BMO Financial Corporation, the U.S. holding company for BMO Harris Bank, with over 15,000 employees and 600 branches located principally in the Midwest.Ms. Cepeda is an honors graduate of Harvard College with a major in Economics and has an MBA from the University of Chicago School of Business.

    Susan Dushock joined SunTrust Bank�s Investment Strategy Group in May 2011 after spending 6 years at Bank of America Global Capital Management. She is responsible for municipal research within Private Wealth Management.Susan began her municipal career at Lehman Brothers doing housing bond analysis; later expanding into health care and higher education. She pioneered early work on prepayments and worked closely with housing issuers to provide useful and timely disclosure to interested parties in the municipal bond market.Susan has been named an Institutional Investor, Global Guaranty and Smith�s All-Star team member, most recently in 2014 (Smith�s All-Star, Generalist). She speaks regularly at industry conferences, including the National Council of State Housing Finance Agencies (HFA), the National Association of Local HFA�s, the National Federation of Municipal Analysts (NFMA), the Government Officers Finance Association (GFOA), The Bond Buyer and Smith�s Research and Gradings Review. She has also been named a Trailblazer in Public Finance by Northeast Women in Public Finance.She served as President of the Municipal Bond Women�s Club of New York, is a past Chair of the Southern Municipal Analysts Society, and recently completed her term as Chair of the National Federation of Municipal Analysts. Susan was a member of the steering committee that established the New England chapter of Women in Public Finance. She received her BA from Queens College, CUNY and pursued graduate studies at Pace University, NYC.

Vince has led teams of attorneys assisting in the representation of major bondholders in the Chapter 9 bankruptcy proceedings of Detroit and San Bernardino. He is also experienced in representing corporate and other types of commercial businesses, financial institutions and trade creditors, and acquirers of distressed assets in the areas of corporate finance, workouts and reorganizations, recapitalizations, and asset purchases and sales, both inside and outside of insolvency proceedings. Vince has extensive experience representing secured lenders, trade creditors and creditors' committees in Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings.
