Dr. M.A. Ketabchi founded Savvion in 1994, which, under his leadership, launched the first business process management (BPM) product in 1999. Progress Software acquired Savvion, Inc., in January 2010.Ketabchi is well known for his pioneering research in business process management technologies and methods; process-centric, domain-oriented business solutions; object-oriented database management systems; and application development technologies. Over the last 20 years he has published and presented extensively in these areas and has made significant contributions to advancing the state of the art and technologies in BPM and process-centric, domain-oriented business solutions.Ketabchi received his Ph.D. in Computer and Information Sciences from the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis.
Stephen C. Sigg is the eBusiness Manager at Customer Care & Aftersales Marketing for General Motors. In this role, he is responsible for data management and ecommerce for ACDelco. Mr. Sigg is accountable for several MDM initiatives including sales reporting and product information management. Specifically, his team is responsible for managing 120,000 part numbers with 156,000 attributes and 20 million lines of applications. Previously Mr. Sigg held various assignments in both sales and service for General Motors. He has an MBA in business from Central Michigan University.
Larry Briggi, managing director of FTI Technology, has more than 20 years of experience developing and implementing litigation management and technology solutions for law firms and corporations. In this role he helps clients reduce the cost and risk of e-discovery throughout the entire EDRM process. Larry has been an active leader and participant in users groups serving in various roles including serving as President of the East Coast Association of Litigation Support Managers (ECALSM) and co-founder of the Etech Users Group.
Barbara Latulippe is responsible for setting up the enterprise data governance program geat EMC in close collaboration with business and IT teams, including those involved in different MDM initiatives. Ms. Latulippe's 25+ years in ERP and related disciplines have given her a broad and balanced perspective, gained from working in both IT and business functions. She has delivered solutions in SAP, PLM, CRM and MDM environments to business managers in multi-national, high-tech manufacturing organizations such as EMC, Philips, HP, Agilent, and Digital Equipment Corp. For the past 12 years, Ms. Latulippe has optimized her diverse background to focus on Enterprise MDM, Data Quality and Data Governance strategies. In her previous role as Director of Enterprise Data Architecture at Royal Dutch Philips Electronics and Smith & Nephew (Healthcare), she implemented enterprise Data Governance programs to improve the level of data maturity and to fortify overall operations with global data quality. In 2010 Ms. Latulippe was named one of Information Management's Top 25 IT Managers for initiatives that bring constructive change and provide quantifiable business value in managing data as a corporate asset.
