David deMilo has been the Chief Architect for xRM, Cisco IT�s enterprise CRM program, for four years. He has led an architecture strategy for CRM that has applied SOA principles to CRM implementation, emphasizing ReSTful consumption of master data in data center and cloud SaaS applications, consistent use of federated identity and authorization by all applications in the CRM ecosystem, and embedding Cisco's collaboration capabilities in CRM applications and processes from sales to customer care.Prior to leading the CRM effort, David was a leader in SOA transformation within Cisco IT.Before joining Cisco, David was the CTO of Kaplan Financial, and Knight Ridder Digital, and had a 20-year technology career in both IT and product development, spanning financial services, consumer products, and new media. He is a 1980 graduate of Harvard University.
Steve Carpenter has been a Data Management Professional for over 15 years. He began his journey in operations for a small data warehouse group within a large enterprise and held several roles with increasing responsibility after that - managing various project portfolios for different business functions, leading the integration of data warehouse applications during a major acquisition, and being responsible for the Strategy and Innovation function within the data management team at GE Healthcare. Steve is currently directing the activities of the new Enterprise Data Center of Excellence at Johnson Controls. He believes in data practices that emphasize a startup mentality and a willingness to innovate to solve complex data problems and unlock business value.
As the Director of BI and Data Management, Nik Green is responsible for MDM, Business Intelligence, Enterprise Application Integration and Data Operations.� Mr. Green is currently leading Delhaize America’s MDM as a strategic priority which is charged with transforming the way the company creates, governs, and consumes its critical data assets.� He is extremely passionate about helping organizations realize the potential of their data assets.� Mr. Green has over twelve years’ experience in data management, creating both data strategies and driving large-scale data management transformations.� Prior to working for Delhaize America, he worked for the Ascena Retail Group, a specialty apparel company.� Mr. Green spent his early career with Johnson & Johnson working in the medical device sector.� He received his Master of Science (MS) in Predictive Analytics from Northwestern University and his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Management of Information Systems from the University of Notre Dame.
