    In her current role as Manager of MDM, Jennifer Benfield is currently focused on implementing multiple MDM domains for the grocery retailer Delhaize America.� This leverages and combines both her passion for MDM and experience in strategy definition, program execution and IT leadership.� Ms. Benfield’s career has been dedicated to IT spanning roles from developer, analyst, enterprise architecture to project and resource management within the retail, financial and healthcare industries.� She has experience counseling organizations on technology investments ranging from thousands to multi-million dollar purchases and setting strategic direction within small companies up to Fortune 100 enterprises.� Ms. Benfield received her Bachelor degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science from UNC Charlotte.

    Harold “Pete” Anderson is Managing Data Steward at Eli Lilly and Company and co-founder and SVP of Operations at Zendeux Business Data Solutions. In his co-founder/SVP role, Mr. Anderson oversees the execution of Zendeux’s short and long term operational strategies. �His previous roles included: Director of MDM at Ingram Micro, Sr. Marketing Consultant at Dell and more. �Mr. Anderson has over 13 years of IT experience in a variety of industries including Pharmaceutical, Supply Chain, Computer Manufacturing, Legal and others. �He received his MBA from the University of Southern California with concentrations in Marketing and Information Systems and his Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Mathematics from University of California at Santa Cruz.

    As part of Kaiser Permanente�s Office of the CDO, Gregory McDonald�s responsibilities� for the past 9+ years include: strategies, frameworks and solutions to transform disparate data into actionable information. This includes (but is not limited to) Enterprise Architecture Strategy and Implementation, Data Management Strategy and Implementation, Enterprise Architecture, Assessment (strategic and technical), Enterprise Portfolio Management and Data Management Assessment. Mr. McDonald is currently responsible for Kaiser Permanente�s Integrated Data Management Platform (DQ, MDM, MM,BG) and the team of specialists who offer respective Foundational Data Management services. He also provides SME quality guidance in the adoption and use of Data Integration and Information Lifecycle Management technologies.� Prior to KP, Mr. McDonald held roles such as Vice President Advanced Technology at Los Angeles area companies such as Nations Holding Group, Indymac Bank, Columbia Pictures and Home Savings of America.� He received his BA in Business Administration from Southern Utah University.�

    Kevin Whitehorn joined Sogeti UK in October 2012 as the Head of Delivery for the Microsoft Practice in Sogeti UK.� Kevin has been working in the IT industry for more than 13 years mainly focusing on Desktop and Infrastructural Management which has provided him with an extensive technical, managerial and solution delivery experience.During his career, Kevin has focused a large part of his attentions on the effective delivery of projects and the simplification of process in order to minimize redundancy and save costs wherever possible. This has been born from his passion for to �make all things lean� and the simplification of processes.His eagerness to transfer knowledge and develop others has made him one of the key mentors within Sogeti UK. He has a keen eye for innovative and encouraging the use of new technologies to keep up with the demands of clients and the growing need to be more effective.
