    Danette is currently the Group Lead for the Oracle Applications and Enterprise Data teams at The Church Pension Group (CPG). She began her career at CPG in 2000 as the Senior Customer Service Representative in the Pension Services Department. Danette began her transition into the Information Technology and Support (ITS) Department in 2005 as the Lay Data Control Specialist for the Customer Data Hub (CDH) Team. Since then she has taken on numerous roles including, Data Analyst, and Enterprise Data Manager. One of her more recent accomplishments includes her valued participation and input during the implementation of ITIL-based standardized work processes within ITS at CPG which led to her becoming the CPG Change Manager. In that role she managed the Change Management workspace in the Numara helpdesk ticketing system, facilitated the weekly Change Advisory Board meetings with all ITS managers, provided Change Management reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to Senior Management, and led the continuous improvement efforts around Change Management.Danette’s current Oracle Master Data Management (MDM) responsibilities includes supporting the following modules: CDH, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), HR, Financials, Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) and overseeing the MDM program, ensuring the maintenance of business and data rules that drive consistency, accuracy, and reliability of data. Danette received her MBA in Business Management from Long Island University and also possesses her ITIL v3 certification.

    As President of Pitney Bowes Software, John O’Hara brings more than 28 years of experience in the tech industry. John was appointed President in July 2010 following a tenure as Executive Vice President and General Manager International for Pitney Bowes Software, a role he assumed shortly after joining MapInfo Corporation in October 2006 and the subsequent acquisition by MapInfo of Pitney Bowes.

    Simon Boardman is vice president of marketing at Eagle Creek Software Services, a U.S.-based IT consulting and technical services company specializing in Oracle CRM, information management and eCommerce. The company offers cost-effective, higher quality software development and support services using its Dakota Model, which involves using the organization’s three project centers within the U.S. and a private-public strategic alliance with the state governments of North Dakota and South Dakota to achieve consistency and sustainability in the recruitment, training and development of the company’s 300+ Dakota-based consultants.

    L.N. Balaji is President, ITC Infotech (USA) Inc., and heads the company’s operations in North America. Balaji has been with ITC since 1985 and has carried out diverse responsibilities across different businesses of the company. Iyer’s previous roles at Honeywell included CIO, Transportation Systems and General Manager, Asia Pacific, where Iyer lived and worked in China for 1.5 years.Iyer has also served as CIO at GlaxoSmithKline Beecham for consumer healthcare research and development and was the corporation’s ecommerce leader. Prior to that he held senior positions at Johnson & Johnson, CTS Corporation, and ran a consumer products retail business in India.In 2011, Iyer was named one of Computerworld’s Premier 100 which recognizes exceptional technology leadership and the creation of innovative ideas to address business challenges.
