Armand has over thirty years experience in senior leadership roles managing Originations, Processing, Underwriting (Prime, Sub-prime, and Government Mortgages), Audit, and Loan Servicing for Citigroup, Aegis Mortgage and Bank of America. As a result, he understands the cause and effect internal controls, standardized processes, underwriting standards, corporate audit functions, reporting and investor relations have on the business.     Jeffrey McKay is Executive Vice President and Manager of BB&T’s Note Sales Group.A 25-year BB&T veteran and graduate of BB&T’s leadership development program, Jeff has served in various commercial lending, loan administration and management capacities. Prior to forming the Note Sale Group in September 2010, he founded BB&T’s Commercial Real Estate Owned (CREO) division in January, 2009. The Note Sales and CREO teams provide strategic management, servicing and disposition for both commercial loans classified as “Held for Sale” and for large, complex foreclosed real estate projects. Prior to formation of the Note Sale and CREO groups Jeff served as Subsidiary Manager for five of BB&T’s “Specialized Lending” companies. In this capacity Jeff was a board member and responsible for BB&T’s investment and strategic direction in: Lenmark a 110 branch consumer finance companyAFCO/CAFO, respectively the 2nd and 1st largest provider of insurance premium finance in the US and CanadaBB&T Equipment Finance, a middle to large ticket commercial leasing companyBB&T Governmental Finance, a direct municipal finance/leaderBB&T Small Business Partners, a SBA preferred lenderJeff is a graduate of Campbell University's Lundy-Fetterman School of Business and the Stonier Graduate School of Banking.     Rick is the Chicago-based managing director of the Advisory Services Group at Corvus where he directs the teams which provide consulting, planning, review and oversight services for clients nationwide. Rick's extensive and diverse private and public sector professional experience includes commercial real estate mortgage lending, underwriting, acquisition consulting, portfolio review and due diligence. Prior to joining Corvus, he served in senior underwriting positions for several mortgage origination firms in Illinois and California, was the senior manager of the Capital Markets Support Group of American Express TBS/Altschuler, Melvoin & Glasser, and managed multiple government contracts for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, Resolution Trust Corporation, Federal Home Loan Bank and U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Rick received a bachelor’s degree in accountancy with high honors from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana.

Prior to her current role, Lisa served as senior vice president of Marketing and Product Development for Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. She joined the company in January 2001 after 18 years in the packaged goods industry. Lisa spent three years at The Campbell Soup Company as Vice President and General Business Manager for the U.S. Soup Division and, prior to that, 15 years at The Pillsbury Company running numerous consumer product business lines. Lisa has a bachelor’s degree in music from Northern Illinois University and an MBA from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management.

    Sabeth Siddique is a director at Deloitte & Touche LLP, where he leads the firm’s banking-related credit risk services within its Governance, Regulatory and Risk Strategies practice. Prior to joining Deloitte, he was assistant director of banking supervision and regulation at the Federal Reserve Board (“the Fed”), where he was head of the credit risk department. Sabeth was a key member of the senior Federal Reserve Board team that led the “stress test” during the financial crisis. During his nine-year tenure, he represented the Fed on numerous interagency supervisory programs and policy initiatives. Prior to joining the Fed, Sabeth had more than 10 years of experience in investment banking and corporate finance with leading global financial institutions. Sabeth has an M.B.A. from Carnegie Mellon and bachelors of science degree in chemical engineering from Rutgers University.

Gagan assembled the management team, raised over $8.5 million in financing and grew the company to 1200 people serving clients like Citigroup, Merrill Lynch and Sovereign Bank.Prior to that, Gagan was a consultant in Deloitte Consulting’s hi-tech and telecom practice advising clients on matters of strategy, operations and technology implementation.Gagan holds an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a B.
