    Jack Choi is currently EVP & Chief Credit Officer of Wilshire State Bank. In his position, he is managing the bank's entire loan portfolio of about $2 billion consisting of commercial real estate loans, corporate financing including asset based lending, residential mortgage, SBA guaranteed loans, and consumer loans. Main functions includes reviewing and making recommendations in the process of new loan production, managing credit portfolio risk including its reserve adequacy, training and developing lending staffs, and engaging in the bank-wide strategic decisions and enterprise level risk management. Previously, Mr. Choi founded and was President and CEO at Commonwealth Business Bank. He was leading marketing activities; overseeing risk management in the areas of credit, interest rate, market, operation, compliance, and reputation; managing organization and human resource; working with the board as a director; and formulating and updating the strategic plan. Prior to that, Mr. Choi was Senior Vice President and Chief Credit Officer, Hanmi Bank, ran an overseas printing company, and worked at various financial institutions here in the USA and Korea. Mr. Choi received a BA degree from the Seoul National University, an MBA from the Pepperdine University, and a Master in Banking from the Pacific Coast Banking School. Mr. Choi was columnist for Radio Korea, a local radio station, The Korea Times and The Korea Daily, two prominent newspaper companies in Los Angeles, and The Maeil Economy, an economic newspaper in Korea. Mr. Choi has made several lectures as a guest speaker at Cal State Los Angeles, Dongseo University, Inha University, and Korea Credit Bureau on the subject of Money and Banking. He also conducted many seminars on the subject ranging from economics to credit risk management. In 2009, he published a book on the financial crisis in Korean. The book was recognized as one of the books of the year in 2009 by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of Korea.     Apryl Seide joined Safeguard in 2010 as General Counsel, directing the company’s internal and external legal functions. As a member of the executive management team, her responsibilities include handling litigation and claims on the company’s behalf, reviewing and negotiating agreements, and providing strategic direction and leadership to the business. She also advises Safeguard’s senior management on legal matters and manages the company’s legal support staff. She joins Safeguard from Applied Industrial Technologies, a Cleveland-based Fortune 1000 company, where she drafted, reviewed and negotiated contracts for the corporate office as well as all subsidiaries/divisions throughout the U.S. and Canada. Prior to joining Applied, Apryl was in professional practice with Baker & Hostetler LLP as well as in private practice.She earned her Juris Doctorate from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, magna cum laude, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Accounting) from John Carroll University. Bar admissions include Ohio and United States District Court (Northern District of Ohio).

    Jon Winick is President of Clark Street Capital. Clark Street Capital is a full-service bank advisory, disposition, and loan workout firm specializing in commercial real estate and C&I loans. Prior to founding Clark Street Capital, Mr. Winick was National Marketing Director for Zions Bank, a $53 billion bank headquartered in Salt Lake City. Working for the Zions National Real Estate division, a wholesale acquirer of commercial real estate mortgages primarily from financial institutions, Mr. Winick was responsible for acquisitions in the Midwest and national marketing efforts. In 2007, Zions National Real Estate funded over 1,400 transactions totaling $1.3 billion in new originations. Prior to Zions, Mr. Winick served as Vice President at GE Small Business Finance from 2000-2003, in which he created a syndication platform to sell whole real estate loans originated by a nationwide lending team to leading institutional buyers. In 2004, Jon founded Orange House Properties, a leading manager and owner of student housing in Knoxville, TN. After acquiring a distressed student housing portfolio, Mr. Winick stabilized the portfolio, which now encompasses 11 properties located within walking distance to the University of Tennessee. Mr. Winick is a nationally recognized expert and leader in the SBA 504 and 7(a) lending programs and economic development, and currently serves as Chairman of SomerCor 504, the leading Chicago-based SBA 504 loan originator. Mr. Winick received his MBA from Washington University in St. Louis, and his bachelor’s degree in history from the University of Michigan.

    Rex Bradley joined Regions as Head of Commercial Real Estate in October 2008. He became Head of Problem Asset Management in February 2011. In his current role he is responsible for all small business, commercial banking and commercial real estate problem asset workout and disposition activities at Regions Bank.Bradley joined Regions with more than 31 years experience in the financial services industry. Most recently, he served as Managing Director and West Division Executive for Commercial Real Estate Banking at Bank of America where he was responsible for private commercial real estate clients and prospects in western U.S. and western Canada. During his extensive career with Bank of America, he also served as Commercial Real Estate executive in Florida, the National Home Builder division executive, and Mid-Atlantic Corporate and Middle Market Banking executive.Bradley holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville.

    Rob serves as First Vice President, Industry Relations for LPS Field Services and LPS Asset Management Solutions. Rob fosters relationships with city and state officials and investors to create open lines of communication with respect to loan level issues, and emerging legislation and industry trends as the FVP of Industry Relations. Such relations assist LPS Field Services and LPS Asset Management in their continuous effort to identify, and proactively resolve potential issues that may impact the companies, their clients and suppliers, and the default servicing industry as a whole. Prior to joining LPS in 2004, Rob worked as an Associate in the labor and employment department of a Cleveland law firm, and served as "Of Counsel" to a Cleveland law firm specializing in business, real estate and collections law.Rob earned his B.S. degree from Ohio State University and a law degree (J.D.) from Cleveland Marshall College of Law.
