Angela Kolb is a Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) and director of compliance for CoreLogic Dorado. In this capacity, she works with leading mortgage and consumer finance lenders to interpret regulatory changes and to facilitate the implementation of new and existing rules across the company�s mortgage origination systems and production work flows.A recognized authority in compliance analysis and implementation, Angela has held a number of leadership roles during her more than 25 years in the mortgage industry, ranging from loan production and information technology (IT) management to overseeing the implementation of multiple loan origination systems (LOS). Mary Kladde is president and CEO of Denver, Colo.-based Titan Lenders Corp., which she formed in 2007 after more than 20 years in the mortgage industry.Her past experience includes operating and managing a successful fulfillment division for a leading document preparation provider in the industry. Jess Tirado is a Vice President and REO Operations Manager for Premiere Asset Services, a division of Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. His office, located in San Bernardino, CA, is one of four REO sites across the country. Premiere utilizes a nationwide network of 5,000 real estate agents and brokers to manage REO properties for Wells Fargo and other financial institutions. Jess has worked in the mortgage industry for 30 years. He joined Wells Fargo four years ago.
Rudy Orman is the Senior Vice President of Marketing and Business Development for Residential Credit Solutions. His role is business develop, sourcing banks, hedge funds and private equity companies and focuses on purchasing distressed assets along with developing default servicing solutions with asset owners. After helping orchestrate Geolo Capitals controlling investment into Joie de Vivre Hospitality in mid-2010, Gary served as JDVs interim CEO until the companys merger with Thompson Hotels in October 2011. Prior to joining Geolo Capital in the fall of 2009, he served as President and CEO of GreenVolts, an award-winning solar technology start-up.Between 2001 and 2007 Gary was an operating executive with ZipRealty, where as its CFO he led the innovative Internet-based residential brokerage through its successful IPO before eventually being named its President. Gary also spent seven years with KSL Resorts, where he was instrumental in acquiring and integrating over $800 MM of hotel and resort properties. Earlier in his career, Gary worked for leading real estate industry firms LaSalle Partners and Security Capital Group.
