Jacob Spoelstra is the global head of R&D at Opera Solutions. With more than 19 years of experience in machine learning, he focuses in particular on neural networks. Prior to joining Opera Solutions, he led a custom fraud analytics consulting team at Fair Isaac and held analytics leadership positions at SAS, ID Analytics and boutique consulting company BasePoint. Jacob holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pretoria and a Ph.D in Computer Science from the University of Southern California. Joseph Milana is the global head of Analytics at Opera Solutions. His areas of expertise include statistical modeling, data mining, online marketing, and fraud detection. Rajesh is a seasoned technology executive with 20+ years of experience in Enterprise Software.  In his current role as Enterprise Architect at Agilent Technologies, he is focused on Business Intelligence, SOA, Mobile and B2B integration. He led the transformative strategic initiative to build mobile capabilities at Agilent Technologies delivering key enterprise mobile apps spanning all businesses and functions, integrating enterprise systems like Oracle eBusiness Suite, Siebel, SAP, HR, and others.   Before Agilent Technologies, Rajesh worked at Oracle Corporation helping many of the fortune 500 companies achieve their strategic initiatives and business challenges. He has deep expertise in development, implementation and management of complex global enterprise resource planning, customer relationship management, product lifecycle management, content management, web, business intelligence/ analytics systems.Rajesh is a frequent speaker at industry events – most recently he presented at Oracle Open World on how corporations can leverage investments in enterprise SOA infrastructure to build mobile capabilities. Gabe is the Director of Business Analytics and Product Management for the Business Intelligence group at McKesson Revenue Management Solutions with more than 15 years of IT managerial/architectural experience. He has experience in object-oriented systems design, development, implementation, post-implementation support and production procedures. Additionally, Gabe has extensive expertise around Business Intelligence, Accounts Receivables and Decision Analytics based on large/complex prior consulting engagements with major companies in the U.S. and abroad. He’s an expert in all phases of the system development life cycle and agile development methodologies for SAP Business Objects technologies. Currently, Gabe holds the position of Chair for the Dashboarding and Visualization Special Interest Group for ASUG. Cheryl D. Orr is a partner at the international law firm Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP.  She chairs their national Labor & Employment group and is resident in their San Francisco office.  Cheryl regularly advises companies on their BYOD policies, practices and training and the concerns associated with employee privacy, data protection and security, wage and hour and records management issues.  Cheryl is also a nationally recognized leader in the area of wage and hour law and has represented hundreds of companies in defending wage and hour class actions and all manner of employment litigation.

As president and CEO of Visage Mobile, Bzur leads all facets of the business, including the strategy and operations of Visage. Bzur brings more than 15 years of executive experience in sales, managed services and Internet business with companies such as Asurion Managed Wireless, Accenture, Cambridge Technology Partners and DigitalThink. With nearly a decade of experience specifically in the enterprise mobility space, Bzur has worked with a large number of Fortune 500 companies and government agencies as they have navigated through large scale deployments of mobile assets and services. In these implementations, his organizations pioneered device financing in the early years of smartphone adoption, comprehensive device insurance offerings and unparalleled reverse logistics programs – all of which contributed significantly to the adoption of mobility in the enterprise.
